Kori: I feel like I should be more encouraged by that than I am...

Kori: I was talking about the both of us in that. We both have been really bad about seeing each other and communicating. But you haven't exactly been innocent in calling me out either. I'm not trying to make this worse, Reid. You have to believe that at least.

“Oh yeah, men’s,” Abram chuckled. “Well yeah, that’s my thing, I feel like men’s fashion lately is just shorts and bathing suits getting continuously shorter and shorter and I have no idea what’s just short enough or what’s too short anymore.”

“So is your issue not wanting to wear the short things or not knowing what the acceptable amount of short is?” she chuckled. “Because it sounds like you’re ready for the short fads.”

“Oh! We’re talking about men’s bathing suits? Aren’t those always trunks? I was assuming we were talking about women’s because you mentioned how short they are!”

Reid: I honestly don't know.

Reid: I guess I just don't see how you didn't realize there was a problem? Maybe not at first but with her telling you to come here instead of encouraging you to work on us?

Kori: Do you want to?

Kori: Maybe the same reason you didn't notice me getting more distant and going to her more the busier you got with work. It's not a call out. It's just...we both didn't notice things. We just assumed things were fine.

Reid: I hate that I was so blind to not even see how far.

Reid: I didn't in the beginning. I hated that she didn't like me but you chose me and that was enough for me. I guess I just expected the shift to happen naturally. Do you really not see how she is one for us?

Kori: Do you think there's any way we can get back to that?

Kori: I-I just assumed it was always because I was her baby girl and she was just a little too protective of me. Do you really think I would have just let everything play out like it did if I'd known there was this big of a problem?
