The object name is ‘Doric’s Shrine Plaque’ and when interacted with displays the Scriptures of Dwayna, 115BE. These are references to King Doric, the first human king, who ended war in Tyria with the aid of Dwayna [source]. However, the text on the shrine dedicates it to Tirzah, who was a traveller that died in the Crystal Desert. Her spirit finds peace after receiving an engagement ring from her lover (and also ghost), Chebar [source].

Note: A centaur called Ventari and a human named Ronan planted The Pale Tree in 1072AE which grew into The Grove. Before his death in 1180 AE, he placed a tablet of philophical teachings at the base of The Pale Tree which was later used to teach the Firstborn sylvari about morals [source].

Bonus: The sylavari race had only existed for 23 years at the start of Guild Wars 2.
