hello, hello! it’s lucian back at it again: i’m 21+, my pronouns are he/they, and hopefully this shouldn’t be too long a read!
i. i am independent, semi-selective, mutuals-only and cross-over friendly! if i follow you; then hello! this is a general sign that i’m interested in your muse, and i’d like to write with you! if i don’t follow you back, it means i can’t see our muses working out is all, but i wish you all the best! that in mind, i don’t always immediately follow back. for those who i’ve followed first: i tend to wait a week to see if a follow will be returned; if it isn’t, then i usually unfollow to keep my dash clean.

ii. i’m a little bit of a slow writer, and i’ve had bad experiences with people hounding me to reply on past blogs, so please be patient with me! i’ve got work, college, and a general mentality of doing replies in bursts when i feel up to them, so activity can be a touch sporadic. if you’re worried about me forgetting about our thread or if an ask was eaten, you can always poke me! just don’t badger me every other day; it’ll kill my motivation quick.
iii. i’m pro-callout for serious matters only. this pertains to abuse, grooming, pedophillia, manipulation, racism, and any sort of behavior that can cause harm to the community and those within it.
iii.a i have a zero tolerance policy for anon hate ( for example: ‘why are you writing a character no one cares about?’ is, criticism / critique isn’t ), but if you have any concerns whatsoever, my tumblr ims are always available. i’m willing to have a discussion and clear up anything, or take responsibility if i’ve done something wrong.
iv. because i imagine corbeau to be in his mid-twenties, i'm presently not comfortable with shipping him with muses under the age of 20. it goes without saying i won't be shipping him with minors either. i practice ship-exclusivity and i'll return the sentiment if you do too!
vi. since i’m of age ( 21+ ), nsfw will be present in the avenue of dark themes, but i won’t dip into anything nsfw outside of suggestive jokes.
vii. as stated above, this blog is not spoiler-free, and i'll be tagging things liberally with #za spoilers and/or #za dlc spoilers so it can be blacklisted. if you know the spoilers yourself, i’m happy to talk about them in dms.
vii. i don’t personally practice reblog karma for my own blog, but i will always carry it out for others.

corbeau is definitely a smoker. cigarettes are the go-to: easy, portable, nice and light when you want to edge off that stress. cigars aren't really his taste... but they're great rewards. he carries his own lighter in worst case, but every syndicate member has one on their persons to light up for the boss when need be.
besides that, he's got a kiseru pipe in his private quarters. sometimes when he really wants to ease up and loosen up, it's the best way to smoke.

idle hcs for the soul while i get my pinned + rules + etc up and answer some asks:
stands at 5'2 due to both genetics and malnutrition as a child that stunted his growth. jabs about his height are a cheap shot and usually won't provoke him because it's not anything original, as far as they come. he's heard it all before. dgaf.
there are tattoos primarily on his back that scale around to his forearms and slightly down the backs of his thighs. i'm still deciding on a final design, but i'm thinking something with arbok / a red gyrados / steelix.. to be decided later. something something a syndicate only survives because there's a man with ideals worth following on his back.
speaking of his back, he's fairly fit underneath his clothes. has to keep himself strong to be able to defend himself as well as fight alongside his men. there's some rumor in the syndicate that you've really pissed the boss off if you see his tattoo move like it's about to strike you
his johtoan heritage is incredibly important to him. this will get its own post but i feel that it's very integral to understand about him alongside his love of lumiose
his gyrados is in homage to lysandre. the movesets are basically 1:1... save for the fourth move. lysandre favors earthquake, corbeau favors bounce. i'll write an analysis on this later and how it speaks to their individual personalities
