HEWWO FWENDS, it’s been a few months!!! how have y'all been???

I’ve been reminiscing about old dragon designs that I still like and how my style improved in the past few years thanks to flight rising and I was thinking that it’s about time I revisit some of these designs, especially the older ones!

so if you have a dragon with a gijinka made by me, drop ‘em in the comments and I might doodle them again! doesn’t matter if it was a commission, a bought design or a trade, as long as it was designed by me!

For anyone wondering: I’m trapped in dragon hell (Flight Rising) because I’m hyper focusing on something I developed there (a new battler build that doesn’t require an Eliminate), as well as the festival that is happening (the Brightshine Jubilee). The link to the thread can be found here (I’m rather proud of it, it works so much better than I expected and I hope it helps people).

TL;DR: I’m doing the thing where a game is taking over my life for a brief period, not ignoring you. I’ll be back soon <3

i had a freshly leveled dragon so i tried out the build mentioned here.

while eliminates are still the most efficient way to grind the coli for money or drops, the build here is very good and seems like it would be really useful to people who can’t afford an eliminate. the guide recommends only going to Redrock Cove with 1 lvl 25 dragon or Crystal Pools with 2 lvl 25 dragons, but if you’re a rebel without a cause like me, I was able to level up 2 fodder at once in the Boreal Woods fairly easily. if your dragon has a good elemental alignment you might have some success with 1 dragon in the Crystal Pools.

if you have a full team of level 25s you can reliably grind in venues as high as Kelp Beds, and even with only 2 you can still level fodder + grind in all festival venues.

tldr; can’t afford an eliminate? do this to make $$ in the coli

For me, its bandanas, arm and leg wraps and aviator scarves, these all layer so well with other things so i’m always picking them up and they’re super cheap too! What about you? Also Tail Rings but they’re expensive so i’m not including that.

Sadly, I don’t think it’ll lead to any changes, the admins don’t often listen to critique on their mechanics and RNG.

tbh the admins are SO horrible in this regard, that I’m willing to bet a fucking Sunchaser that they will not make any significant changes to the boxes (significant as in “changing them so they aren’t economy-wreckers”).
