I’d like to mod my minifee m-line’s stomach to be more toned – not washboard abs, but hard and with a bit of definition like the example photo on the right.

I’ve seen other people talking about “adding muscle definition” to their dolls. Does anyone have progress photos or any advice? 

Of course I’ve seen karla-chans-bjds‘s awesome Moira, and she’s an inspiration!

My M-line girls are MNF Karsh who is called Xyphos, and MNF Soony who is called Myfi.

sbslink has a tan Minifee girl called Moira, you must have gotten those two tan M-line girls mixed ut! ;)

I remember seeing a guide to removing the toned Minifee male body abdomen, but not one on making musles… Maybe ask bluekitsune, she has experience with drastic body reshaping.

if i may butt in! i am not familiar with the body in question but you should be able to do a reduction mod to get that effect (as adding would be a lot harder since you would need to blush epoxy to mach and that would need constant upkeep) i would roughly sketch out with a pencil where the dips would need to be

approximately as so (sorry it’s all crooked >.>)

you will want to get a rounded wood carving knife and make shallow grooves then using relatively fine sandpaper smooth it out (and finish off with super fine grades)

the shaded part on the sides is where you may want to sand down a bit to have a dip

I thought something like that probably would have happened, since it is hard to remember everyone’s names. Then their dolls names too! I do actually try and keep an up to date list of my doll names and sculpts on my front page, so people can have a nosy. 

I do hope you can get some toning sorted, since it would be awesome to see more body types about. :)

Wahh sorry sbslink!! I mean the Moira of http://feetofclaydolls.blogspot.com, which for some reason I totally thought was karla-chans-bjds's blog! Anyone who does drastic body mods is super cool in my book. I am trying to achieve an over-the-top ripped-and-stacked Frazetta look for this character... like a cheesy paperback fantasy barbarian type :). I have probably greatly overestimated my abilities but I'll have fun trying!

The secondhand market is terrible at the moment. No one is buying. :/ Had one person interested but they wanted me to reduce the price and offer a crazy long layaway. I gave them a discount and a short layaway and it was declined. Sigh.

Usually I have a few people at least asking about the items, but I’ve only had one.

I just need this stuff sold. ;.;

I have noticed it is getting slower and slower all the time. I am not sure what the issue is either? Like since it is not just dolls… I hope you can manage, and don’t feel bad about declining long layaways since you are not a business at the end of the day.

On the other hand, Cíwen was supposed to be basically fairly shallow and an excuse to play with frilly clothes, and she’s turning out to be trickier. Seems like her taste is basically “so what’s the most expensive thing in this shop, that one” with a twist of “also what is the sluttiest possible thing I can wear under it”. I’ve never had a doll before where I feel like blushing when dressing her. 

She can get it.

Naukhel’s style is basically “emo Lady Oscar”, but tbh she’s probably emotionally my least complicated/deep OC. Wears black, has a big ass sword, stabs stuff. 

I mean she was a war orphan and grew up indoctrinated into a suicide cult but she really dgaf. 

She’s a D&D character I’m currently running who rolled a 7 on INT so that probably explains a lot of it. 

Sure is easy to shop for her clothes tho!
