((Definitely trying to make this separate from the format for a general scenario because it felt kinda similar the first time I wrote it out…xP))
(Also – this is my first fic EVER so please give me feedback!!)

Hardly conscious and requiring escort from her wobbly state, Zico pulled the brunt of the effort, forward carrying his dear girlfriend to the dorms.
“Jagiya, we’re almost there. Can you still hear me??” Struggling to open the door whilst hauling his girlfriend, her arms around his shoulders, Zico continued to call out to his beloved.
As he fiddled through the door and guided her to the couch she responded dizzily, “Yes, yes, I can hear you.” Taking a seat on the crusty, long since worn-out sofa with Zico right next to her, she looked around, confusion stirring. “Are we in your dorm?”
A queasiness setting in now, she curled over, attempting to block any of the bile that threatened to escape. Zico bolted off the couch, quickly fiddled in the closet, and pulled out a small blue bucket.
“Don’t worry about where you are – I’ll take care of you.” He placed the bucket next to her on the sofa. “Jagiya, just relax. Lay down, I’ll get some ice for you.”
None of the other members seemed to be back to the dorm just yet but Zico knew it wouldn’t be long ‘til someone burst through the quiet of the empty housing. He dreaded their reactions, lamenting to himself, ‘this’ll be fun’.
Sure enough, his prediction came true within the first thirty minutes as he stroked his girlfriend’s hair while she rested. In the moments that he gazed at her face, thinking of how lucky he was that she finally – reluctantly – agreed to go out with him, P.O. suddenly burst through the door.
“Jiho-hyung!” Glancing past Zico, to his girlfriend lying asleep on the couch, he continued, “Hul!! What are you doing??”
Zico rolled his eyes as P.O. bounced toward him goofily and began poking him in his sides. He whispered out (quite loudly for a whisper), “Hyung, is that your girlfriend??” Taking a closer look at her this time, practically shoving his face right up to hers, he said, “She’s so pretty! How’d you get her?”
Already rather upset by the proximity in which his dongsaeng had gotten next to his girlfriend, Zico shoved P.O. back and responded, “That doesn’t matter. She’s not feeling well – get lost.”
Sensing a rising hostility from Zico, P.O. just scowled and whispered a “hullll….so gross….” as he walked away to his room, taking multiple glances back to the couple. Pulling out his phone, P.O. quickly shouted out, “Zico,” and snapped a shot of the surprised leader’s face. P.O. made one last teasing face to his hyung before shutting the door in a rush.
Quite bothered, Zico wanted to pummel the dolt who had just run away to his room but didn’t dare leave his girlfriend’s side. At P.O.’s hastened exclamation to get Zico’s attention, he seemed to also wake up his girlfriend in the process. “Oppa, what’s going on?” His girlfriend, still groggy, mumbled out as best as she could.
“Nothing, nothing, Jagiya. Go back to sleep, everything’s alright.” With the comforting words from her boyfriend, she just nodded and fled back into her realm of slumber.
Another good hour passed without interruption and even Zico had dozed off to sleep next to his girlfriend until the next member broke through their peace.
Walking through the door with his music blasting out of his earphones, B-Bomb almost didn’t notice the two on the couch until some movement caught the corner of his eye. Releasing an audible gasp as his shock melted and his eyes focused on the sight before him, B-Bomb took out his earphones. Approaching the two and examining the scene before him, he nudged Zico with his foot.
Zico slowly reacted and the nudge turned into a solid kick to his thigh, forcing a response. “What??”
B-Bomb nodded over to him, “Yah, what are you doing?” He looked up to the girl on the couch again, “who’s this?”
Already annoyed from the second disturbance and not really in the mood to explain himself, he just waved his hand around motioning to his girlfriend, “this is ___, she’s my girlfriend.” As B-Bomb stood there, skeptically glancing from the girl asleep on the couch to his group’s leader and back again, Zico explained a bit. “We were on our date when she got pretty sick, so I brought her back here.”
A wave of understanding going through B-Bomb, he looked at Zico, nodding his head slowly. “Ah…I see, I see.” Backing up, B-Bomb looked back over to Zico reproachfully, “did you need anything? Need me to go get something for you?”
Zico, this time a bit kinder to his hyung, just shook his head, “no. Thanks hyung.” As B-Bomb went off to his room, Zico grew more thankful that one less member was out to annoy him.
Right as he began to think this, though, Taeil opened the front door. Bouncing a little as he did so, Taeil spoke, “Ah – Jiho-ah! Thought you were going on a date tod-” Taeil stopped himself mid-sentence as he noticed Zico crouched next to his girlfriend asleep on the bed. “Ohhhh – is that her??”
As Taeil sauntered over Zico’s way, he got a closer look and began nudging Zico in the side. “Oooh, you rascal. Taking her back here!”
“Tch. It’s not like that – she got sick during our date so I took her here to rest.” Exasperated already, Zico hoped Taeil would get the hint and leave them alone but he just nodded his head and took a seat on the floor next to him instead.
A few minutes of silence passed and as Zico began wondering what exactly Taeil was hoping to get out of sitting there, his hyung stood up and began nodding as he walked away. “Well, I’ll catch you love-birds some other time then!”
With a wink, he was gone and Zico was back to being alone with his beloved. Bored with the silence and reconsidering his decision to take her to his dorm, Zico gazed at his girlfriend again. The fact that she could sleep so peacefully at this time was amazing to Zico but all he could really think was, damn, she’s beautiful.
Even more time flew by and before Zico even knew it, U-Kwon was walking through the door. Jerking up a bit from his trance-like state of staring at his girlfriend, Zico called out to him. “Ah, Kwon-hyung.”
Not one to speak much on a regular basis, U-Kwon just nodded to Zico and asked, “She okay?”
“Ah…she got sick earlier today so she’s resting now.”
“Ah, really?” U-Kwon examined the scene for a few more seconds and simply said, “Make sure to clean up once she leaves.” With that, he was gone – back to his room and away from the world. How simple it was when Kwon-hyung was involved, Zico thought.
The noise seemed to actually stir his girlfriend this time and as she woke, she rubbed the underpart of her eyes. Examining the scene around her, she made note of Zico and, still a little groggy, she called out, “Oppa…”
“Yes, yes, Jagiya, are you feeling better?” Still seated on the floor beside the couch, Zico’s bottom was sore but he could barely feel a thing as his mind was completely immersed with his girlfriend.
“Yes…much better.” Glancing around again, she asked, “What time is it?”
“Almost 8.”
Staring at the clock on the wall, even Zico didn’t believe it to be true and just as his girlfriend began to speak, Kyung ambled through the door. “Ayyee, Zico-ya!” Walking towards Zico and having yet to notice his companion on the couch, Kyung ran over and hung his arms around Zico’s neck. “I missed you buddy!”
Zico let out an audible sigh while he patted the arm strangling him and, as he did so, Kyung’s eyes seemed to adjust on the girl still laying on their couch. “Ah! And who’s this??” Glancing back and forth between the two, Kyung slowly released his grip on Zico.
“Kyung, this is ___, my girlfriend. ____, this is Kyung, a nuisance.” Zico said with another short sigh.
“Yah~ What nuisance?” Kyung moved closer to Zico’s girlfriend and held out his hand to her. “Nice to meet ya, lovely lady.” Reaching out her hand to shake with Kyung, he quickly snatched it and pulled it in for a kiss.
Winking back at Zico’s girlfriend, Zico pushed Kyung to the side. “Yah! What do you think you’re doing?”
“Nothing – I’m just saying ‘hi’!” Turning his attention back to the girlfriend and scooching himself towards the couch again, he asked her, “So, what do you like about our Zico?”
Zico was ready to ignore the tone of judgment in Kyung’s voice until Kyung didn’t even let his girlfriend speak and instead continued, “Cause, you know, you could do much better!” Waving at Zico as if he were a fly Kyung went on to list all of his faults: “He’s lazy, his feet smell – have you seen his nose? And just yesterday he-”
Interrupting his long-time friend, Zico called out, “Yah! Stop that! Get out of here!”
The two continued to argue for a solid couple of minutes as Zico’s girlfriend sat there watching the spectacle playing out in front of her. Finally, with one last mischievous grin, Kyung agreed to back off and using his parting words, turned to the girlfriend and said, “___, just remember – if you change your mind and want a real man – I’ll be right here!” Zico shouted out at him again while Kyung just winked and sauntered off to his room.
“Yah…that idiot!” Turning to his girl again, Zico apologized.
“No worries. But, it’s pretty late…” Looking up to the wall clock again, she continued, “I should probably get going.”
Not one to tell her ‘no’ and also feeling apologetic for the annoying members, he agreed and they headed out.
Leaving the dorm and just exiting the gate, Jaehyo appeared before them, on his way in.
“Oh! Jaehyo-hyung, you’re back early!”
“Ah, yeah…” Glancing over to the girl in front of him, Jaehyo didn’t even have to ask for Zico to give him an explanation.
“Jaehyo-hyung, this is my girlfriend. I was just about to walk her home.”
“Ah, is that so? Well, see you later then.”
Walking down the street, Zico waited a bit until he felt safe that nobody was watching and, confiding in the dark of the night sky, he reached down to hold his girlfriend’s hand.
The walk back was comfortable and easy – the two talked and Zico was overjoyed that this day seemed to have helped them grow closer with one another. Time, once again, moved too fast and when they made it to his girlfriend’s house, Zico didn’t want to part ways. But, he did. Saying his goodbyes and watching his girlfriend enter her house, all Zico could think about was regret.
‘Why did I take her there?’
