I hope this is okay to ask while you’re doing the writing submissions, but I have seen you mention the term POC before, saying that it’s like calling people colored people (I think, I could be misinterpreting or misremembering!) and I’d like to ask if there is a better term that should be used, or if it’s more about how people use it as a noun/adjective and not an acronym (ex: POC people).

my tone sounds a little off but I swear this is completely /gen question, I would like to hear your thoughts and see if I could be making an improvement to the language I use!
