Krispees minis

A place where I share miniatures that I have sculpted and/or painted as I practice and learn to sculpt and eventually cast miniatures for tabletop gaming.

So months ago I watched jazza collab with a bunch of artists in the monsterbash where you select 6 monster parts at random and make a creature with them, I wanted to try so downloaded all the picks and I got these 6, I knew just how I wanted him to look but I knew I needed to make it bigger than I usually sculpt 40mm was not going to be enough to get the detail I want and I just couldn't get it to work.

Then last week my "not another crap kit" from nerdecrafter arrived and I knew just what I was making first.

looks like these land army girls from @badsquiddogames didn't pick the best spot for their picnic,hopefully the gnomes won't play to many pranks, I was originally planing to put the picnic in a faerie ring of mushrooms as well but I think I got a bit carried away with the gamer grass flowers and it would be a bit too busy but I've still a couple of gnomes left so next one maybe?

Finally finished this one about a month ago but forgot to post the pics.

I was working on this one for about 6 months in total, all of the figures are customised from badsquiddo games ww2 lumberjills set and the van is modified from sarissa presisions RV kit.

This was so much fun to make but I think I'm going to work on smaller projects for a bit

I finally finished the mini of my best friend and her pup that I was originally making for her for Christmas. It took longer than I wanted it to as I started procrastinating once I realised I wouldnt be able to get it to her at Christmas but finally gave it to her a couple of weeks ago for her birthday and she seemed to like it.

With just over 24hrs left I think I have to call this finished, I still need to finish painting Pepper and sugar and there are a couple of things I didn't manage to make but I ran out of time...even with the clock ticking every day to remind me...though I guess I can still add to it from my memories.
