Why is it
That no one ever talks about the fact that Shiro possibly had MS before he went into space and got himself killed and turned into a clone? He talks about having to keep wristbands on that send a shock into his muscles to keep them loose... One of the symptoms of MS is muscle tension.
Obviously we don't know if he has any other symptoms, but going with what we do know, it would be a logical explanation.
