To conclude, Social class in today’s world can have many effects on people's lives such as The stresses of relationship between parent and children while being in the lower class, Understanding the construct of race and how disproportionality affects Black children, and lastly the employment relationship upmongs women. The reason why social class is such an important aspect of society is because it subcultures individuals and prepares them for specialized function in society. The higher individuals are on a social rate the more opportunities the world gives them veres people who are looking for an opportunity but cannot be given one due to his/her social rank. I think more opportunities should be given to people with lower social ranks so they have a chance to provide financial rewards, and stability. If the world gave people with lower social ranks more opportunities than maybe this world wouldn't have a high unemployment, and state assistant rate.

How Social Class affects Women Employment

In today’s society your social class can affect many things when inquiring for a job and education is at the top of that list. Most employers don't even want to move forward with the interview process if you don't hold a certain degree. Then comes family background and status. “Women with post-secondary education, a marker of higher social class, are increasingly more likely to be employed than less-educated women” (McGinn, Kathleen L, 2017, 10). Women who have any type of secondary education and have a social higher class will most likely get any job compared to a lower class woman with no education but mainly has the skill set for that job. Women who are lower class and have little to no education tend to have group minded tendencies. While upper class individuals are more independent and are more self-oriented. Most Women are classified as other- oriented which is displayed mostly in lower income households. Women when given opportunity think more of their families and their well-being than the furthering of their own individual career. “Describing career choices in the language of family is consistent with the stereotype of women as selfless and other-oriented, regardless of social class.(Mcginn and Oh, 2017, 40).” Another effect of social class on women and their pursuit of work is their status and position in comparison to their male counterparts. In a workplace where men are the majority of the employed there is connotation and bias that comes with that for women. There is the notion that women are unable to do the job as well as men if at all.Many of society's norms are placed on occupations specifically gender. The best example of gender defining roles would be displayed in the quote “Lower class jobs push both women and men away from prescribed gender roles as they conform to the restricted options that result from low incomes and low schedule control in their jobs (Mcginn and Oh, 2017, 45). To answer the question “How does social class affect Women's employment” in short is to note the inequality and deprivation of opportunities for women due to societal norms.

Understanding the construct of race and how disproportionality affects Black children

Many children face an uphill battle in facing the trials of poverty and social disposition. In reaction to treatment by authorities and fellow citizens, there is a perception of more animated anger. When a white person gets upset, they're not nearly as animated as a black person. Granted, neither party is any more dangerous than the other…Whereas this [white] person, they may get upset, they may run around, they may break something, but they'll give themself enough space.(Marshall and Haight, 2014, 3.1.3. Expressions of anger).  This emotional response by black people is not given the same benefit of doubt as their contemporaries. In closing many of the reactions and social responses are due to the misrepresentation or lack thereof in society attributed to both authority and non-authority.

Many of the challenges of socialization stem from disproportionate finances and the social construct of race. It is especially evident when comparing the upper class all the way down to the lower class. Lots of the poor working class families are often marginalized and made to fight harder for their place in society. One of the sub-groups who are frequently victim to being disproportionately represented are black youth.  “Involvement in the child welfare system can place vulnerable youth at additional risk for mental health, educational and vocational problems” (​​Marshall, Jane Marie, 2011, 1.1). Many fall into a system of welfare and juvenile sentences which is often a response to their environment and social standing. When paired with their peers of other ethnic backgrounds they are tasked with adjusting to their surroundings. An example of race and its destruction socialization of black adolescent it is said that “In addition to poverty, African American youth in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems may be affected by white privilege and racial oppression perpetuated through the structures of our social institutions, and the intentional or unintentional policies and practices of professionals” (e.gAlexander, 2012, 1.2.2.).

The stresses of relationship between parent and children while being in the lower class

In the U.S. there are many factors to consider when looking at the effect of lower class parents on their youth and their views on social class.Especially the lower class people's voices being heard when political and economical topics are brought into light many parents instill practices and ideals in their adolescent, not only by teaching moments but by their actions. To give a specific example would be the poor white working class. In the article “Parent-Adolescent Socialization of Social Class in Low-Income White Families: Theory, Research, and Future Directions.” It says that “Current events have shed light on the discontent of the White working class and poor in the United States. There remains some disagreement about if, as well as the extent to which, the White poor factored significantly into the outcome of the 2017 presidential election…” (Davis,2018[ 26] ).. This is a prime example of a collective thought amongst a group of people. Most supporters of former President Donald Trump are more likely to instill values from his presidency into their youth. When doing that it can create a complexity between the growing children of the white poor working class and other marginalized sub-groups. Another challenge of socializing the youth is the identification of themselves and their parents in the media. “Media framing, similar to the process of socialization, is the conscious selection of specific aspects of a perceived reality in order to promote certain judgments of a target item (Owen, [ 79] ). This quote exhibits the media's influence and  perception, as well as how they frame constructs. Television and film for children are influential in how they view themselves as well as others. The combination of the parents' own view and the influence of the media causes much divide. Although it may be difficult to maneuver over other obstacles. To present a message for children to receive and comprehend, Socialization is very much in the hands of the parents.

Throughout the advancement of civilization there has been a number of social constructs created such as race, gender, and class. In the daily life for many people of all creeds and colors, they are products of socialization very specific to their region, religion and country.  In society across the board there is a specific construct that affects people's lives in more of an economic sense, which would be “social class”. Social class is not only defined by your finances but as well as your occupation and education. Social class is felt by many countries with more of a modern social structure and it is mostly characterized by 3 classes. Lower class is the very bottom of society, when in this position it is not without struggle financially. The middle class is a step above ‘lower’, it is more of a working class with more room for investment in both business and family(sending kids to college) in contrast to the lower class. The middle class is more of the model for the “common man” The cream of the crop per se is the upper class. The rich and wealthy amongst the upper class have more of a generational wealth. They occupy the highest of positions and demand the peak of social status. Amongst society they are in more control of resources and hold political power. In the sum of it all 3 classes have their effect on socialization for more reasons than one. Socialization offers the challenge of coming to the understanding of norms and how each class dictates the meaning of socialization.
