OC-tober day three: With a friend

rupert and millicent have known each other since college. they did not get along back then as millicent took rupert’s gentle and soft nature as an affront to her naturally bossy and aggressive attitude.

when milly needed a person (read: victim) to practise her hairdressing knowledge on, rupert was the only one who volunteered, and through this interaction, they ended up becoming fiercely good friends.
