KRPNET PRESENTS: AN INTRO TO AOA
ABOUT THE GROUP
AOA, also known as Ace Of Angels, is an eight member girl group formed by FNC Entertainment in 2012. In July of 2012, FNC revealed that they would be a dance group with a subunit that also plays instruments. Later that week, they debuted with their single "Elvis". The seven core members are "full angels" whereas the eighth is a "half angel", and all of them have angel names. They are the first girl group under FNC, alongside boy bands FT Island, N.Flying, and CNBlue. There are two subunits, AOA Black (a five member band) and AOA Cream (a three member dance group).
LIST OF MEMBERS & RP RESOURCES UNDER THE CUT
Hello, everyone! Cam (seungkwanrph) and I (Leda, ofmamamoos) started KRPNet, only expecting to get a handful of members or so, but with over 30, those expectations were (obviously) quickly exceeded. When we got close to 15 members, we decided we wanted to do something to celebrate. What we came up with is more than just something for the members. As nice as throwing ourselves a little party would be, it wouldn’t leave a lasting effect on the community.
I’m sure that a lot of you have noticed that there are a ton of people who refuse to play, play against, or even include idols; we want to change that. The most common excuse is that they have no resources, followed closely by claims that they’re not versatile enough. We’re aiming to disprove both of those, once and for all. With the help of our members, we’re planning to educate as many people as possible on just how many FCs they’re missing out on when they exclude everyone associated with K-Pop.
“But, Leda! Cam! How are you planning on doing that?”
With masterposts, of course! All of our members who wanted to assist have chosen a group and are sending us everything from basics about each member to as many gif hunts as they can find. From there, we’ll be assembling posts using the incredible layout that Blue (blueshelp) created for this project.
Here is where you (yes, you!) come in. For any of this to make an impact on how things work here, these posts need to be shared. To the get resources out there, we need you to reblog them. Every time someone shares one of our posts, new people will see it. Even if it’s only two people, that’s two more roleplayers who can help us destroy the arguments and excuses that keep these FCs out of the community. Every little bit helps. We currently have people working on collection information for 7 groups, which means posts should start being released sometime in the coming week.
We’d love if you’d share this to help get the word out, and thank you so much for reading!

hey, is there gonna be a group side blog or chat for krpn? if so, what platforms were you considering?
We do have a side blog chat set up, and I think most everyone has joined it! I suppose we’ll have to talk to everyone about it, but chats on other platforms are entirely possible. Maybe Kik, or AIM (if anyone besides me still uses AIM). I know a lot of people use Skype, too, so we could definitely consider that one too if anyone is interested in that.
the members page is completely updated, and if you aren’t on it ( and you know you sent an application ), message us, or send in another application!
can we join the network if we are only familiar with past kpop groups?
of course! the group is all about kpop, new and old! there will always be someone to listen to you talk about your groups, and who knows, you might get someone hooked on them if they don’t already know ‘em! and maybe you’ll get hooked on some new groups as well so you’re in the loop!
@ofmamamoos and i ( @seungkwanrph ) had a same thought around the same time, and decided it would be super cool to create a network for those of us roleplayers who enjoy kpop.
THE RULES…
you must be a part of the roleplay community ( this is not limited to krps, you can take part in indie, groups, 1x1, anything, as long as you like kpop and roleplaying! )
you can not be rude to someone for what groups they like.
just, don’t be a dick.
TO BE ACCEPTED...
you must reblog this post
you must send in this form
OPTIONAL: track the tag #krpnet
WHAT YOU GET…
a spot on the network page!!
more people to follow!!
to be apart of a cool group chat where you can talk about your faves!! ( optional )
a safe space for you to talk!!
a place to share resources of your favorite fcs ( and ask for ones that you haven’t seen yet )
and the best part, a rad group of new friends!!
also if this doesn't get more than like 5 members lets forget it ever happened...
