krii7y superhero au b-plot (heavily inspired by dispatch and ‘the sight you see’ on ao3). theyre the background romance of a larger story (probably clooless superhero team type shit bc i think a good romance cannot come from a story that entirely revolves around that romance).

smitty is a big time hero with an infamous rivalry with villain kryoz (whos one of those only targets the wealthy type and doesnt generally kill but causes havoc bc it makes shit fun)(imagine freezing a street and making people slip and fall en masse). the media fucking loves them bc their hero golden boy smitty is beefing with this very powerful and dramatic villain on a weekly basis and their interactions are hilarious + sexually charged. yes they have stans in the in-universe twitter (this is another side plot if we get a flashback of their romance)

john gets bored of being a villain (he amassed enough money to go live a nice life now and smitty asks him to quit being a villain every time they fight(most insane way to ask someone out btw)) and is now smittys house husband. the day kryoz dropped off the earth smitty implied he killed john to the media to get them to not try to track john down. shit happens in the main story and john somehow ended up being clooless’ hero teams dispatcher (their old dispatcher quit and puffer complained to smitty and smit went ‘i know just the guy’)(bonus points if johns existence has been alluded to the story for a while but this is the first time we meet him) and now in the current day story clooless sees smitty interacting with his bf at hero headquarters and go ‘aw arent they cute’ and cuts to a scene of john helping someone whos getting robbed in an alleyway so he beats the shit out of the robber with his badass powers. yes we will have a running joke of clooless trying to guess johns ‘hero’ identity (droid thought he was kryoz since he found out him and smitty were dating)(he was stalking the fan conspiracies on twitter bc he was a BIG fan of john)

#im basing johns villain personality off of his 2019 one #and yes he still has the bleached hair. it goes well with his ice powers #current day john looks like how he does rn aka with the brown mullet n moustache #slightly unrelated but johns full name in the story would be john lockes #bc he hates having his real name used and yes this is a johnlock reference #also when i said he got bored of being a villain i meant he had another existential crisis and went fuck this i want that cute guy #(i also have a sketch of this scene rn)#the day smitty implied he killed john to the media some guy on twitter goes ‘i think bros lying’ and started making conspiracies #yes the stans ship them/think theyre fucking #someone has a conspiracy that smitty attic-wifed john. matt found the tweet and thinks its hilarious #oh yeah matt is another hero and probably the only other person outside krii7ys family who knows about their relationship n identity rn #i love ex villain kryoz being a dispatcher #bc bro was POWERFUL AS FUCK. actual goated powers. he fucking froze AN ENTIRE SEA SHORE ONCE for half a day #(smitty was sent to deal with him bc he was bringing down the beach revenue)#also he can turn his entire body into fog (sublimation) and thats the most powerful aspect of his powers #(yes i ripped this off of the sight you see. cant be helped that peak has already been written)#hes really good at tactics so paired that with his powers and you get a guy headquarters will only send the best to deal with #obv smitty recognises this so when clooless needs a dispatcher he decided his retired super bf should go out and boss other people.#for enrichment #krii7y #my posts
