getting fixated on something is funny because the first like week i have an insatiable need to tell everyone i know about it and spread the good word but by weeks 2 and 3 it becomes so intense and personal that even hearing it mentioned in public makes me sweat as if a dark secret was alluded to

I did take a break from drawing because I have been rapidly pushing out stuff for a while and didn't want to burn myself out (Also, work started again, so things naturally slowed down on my creative stuff, sadly).

I was almost done with the first page of this 3-page comic about Chris returning to the RPD in Requiem when I remembered I can record timelapses :'D

Really am enjoying to focus on backgrounds and non-character stuff, it's something I usually avoid out of laziness.

Zeno, common anglicised form of the name Zenon (Ancient Greek: Ζήνων), derived from the theonym Zeus.

Pulled a fast one tonight because I wanted to try something different. Not 100% content with parts of this but it was fun and I might revisit the parts I don't fully like yet at a later point.

Also as a heads up - I'll be on vacation soon and probably will stream some art sessions on twitch again during that time!

You know! Not going to lie, you are like, the fourth person or so to message me after seeing him and it's so hilarious to me - I clearly have a type! :D But also HELLO COMPLIMENT?? T_T thank you so much! I wish I looked as sharp, hahah. Admittedly, seeing his design and styling really really hit home for me, I am so happy they introduced him (and I do hope against all odds that he'll be back. Somehow. SIGH.)

I hope every single person who puts nice comments in tags under reblogged art knows that you you guys are the backbone of society. Being an artist online sucks these days, but here on tumblr I still get compliments under artworks that I made years ago. I hope you know every WOW and heart emoji and heartfelt compliment and funny comment you left in the tags is part of the reason I kept drawing all these years, in spite of everything that was going on.

I've been screenshotting the nice tags I get for years, and at this point it would be literal thousands of lines if I still had my old files. I love u tumblr users <333333333

I held every word like broken glass , hands cut open. But if I bled enough I'd earn a past I could sleep in. But every night the ceiling starts to crack , names fall through it. I close my eyes and all I see is that I never knew when to quit. I kept running on a battle field after it was gone fighting shadows , calling shrapnel home
