ALYVIA tilted her head to the side, squinting her eyes as she listened to the bitter female speak over the music. Nodding her head as she continuously insulted her, ALYVIA ran her tongue over her teeth as she stood silently, cracking her knuckles habitually before then bringing her hands up to a slow clap for what she was sure KENNEDI thought was a good drag. “Baby, that’s where you’re still confused. Damn, it’s annoying to have to keep repeating myself like you’re remedial when I know you’re not!” She started, before abruptly bringing her hand up in the air and bringing the back of her hand down against the smaller woman’s cheek with as much force as she could, ALYVIA’S chest heaving up and down as she stepped into KENNEDI’S face, speaking down to her. “You’re my biggest fan that’s why you’re standing in this crowd while I’m up on the stage. I have a fucking job. With or without Omari, and he didn’t help me get it just like he didn’t help you keep custody of your other kid. Weak ass. You want that nigga, and it’s sad that he don’t want your hoe ass back. You can have that nigga if you can get him to leave me alone.” she finished, taking a step back as she stared into the female with anger.

After ALYVIA got off stage, she decided she would enjoy the rest of the show from the crowd with her friends if she found them. She grabbed a towel and wiped her face off before exiting the backstage area and scanning the crowd for any familiar faces. Spotting AYLA as the crowd stood waiting for the next act, she started a jog over to the familiar female. ALYVIA’S face scrunched up as she neared her friend, noticing who she was standing with, she immediately had a sour expression wash over her face, but still she approached the two. “Ayla!” She exclaimed over the music they had playing as LUX’S intro started. “Oh, wow, sister! Never thought I’d catch you standing over here with this rat. Did you enjoy my show?” She adverted her attention to KENNEDI. “I didn’t know you’d be here, I would’ve offered you a job on my crew so you could get yourself some business.”

                                    MOONLIGHT FEST 2018! 

as ALYVIA is announced to the stage, she struts into the bright lights and introduces herself to a crowd bigger than she’s ever seen before. nervousness surrounded her, but she was more excited to be given such a warm welcome that she smiled brightly and waved to the awaiting fans before finally speaking into the mic she held in her hand. “waddup moonlight fest! my name is ALYVIA, how y’all doin’ tonight!? i just want a minute of y’alls time, let me know if y’all will rock out with me!” 

ALYVIA’S background music started and she immediately began to bounce as her dancers rushed onto the stage and she started to belt out the lyrics to one of her older songs pull up late “look! it’s 5 o’clock. just touched down in the city. tell ya’ people hit my people if you tryna link up wit’ me.” ALYVIA walked across the stage as she continued to hype the crowd, as well as vibe with them. fans in the front row seemed to enjoy her set as they waved their hands for her. though she didn’t expect them to know her music, she was glad that they weren’t a dry crowd; a fear of hers always, and she was enjoying herself. “if a nigga want some nookie, let him know he gotta book it. pull up, pull up.” the song came to an end and ALYVIA continued to pump up the crowd. “oooo! baby, i love y’all! i thank y’all so much for rockin’ with me tonight, bali! i just released this next song, a couple of weeks ago. you may know it, you may not. i’m hoping to release my debut ep by the end of the summer, so be on the lookout for that!” she concluded as the instrumental track to her newly released single freak nasty started. “aye! i’m runnin’ through yo’ nigga house like a tomb raider. you got a pass around nigga, he a hot potato!” ALYVIA trudged back and forth across the stage, matching the crowd’s energy. a few of them knew this song and she stepped up to the front of the stage to vibe along with them. “rich bitch pussy, only cum for a check! freak, freak, freak nasty.” she concluded her second and final song as her time clock was down to the last few seconds. “moonlight, thank you so much for having me! my name is ALYVIA, and i hope y’all enjoy the rest of your night!” she said into the mic, waving to the immense crowd before passing the mic off to her dj and jogging off stage.

As promised to her fans, LUX made her fiery return to music with a brand new single produced by DIMITRI PRICE released Friday night. She’s back to taking shots at every man who’s ever crossed her and it feels as if she never left. This is confirmed to be the first single from her untitled forthcoming album. An Apple Music deal was made to be apparent once the single was limited to only their platform upon the first night of release before being made available on all streaming platforms Saturday morning.

“aw man, really?” ALYVIA’S ears perked up as she heard the familiar voice and turned to face NATALIA, her eyebrows rising with amusement. “i’ve been out here catching the show since yatchy. but damn, i feel like i’m missing out. i can’t miss this shit, hopefully it’s lit again tomorrow night. what’s goin’ on in there?”
