Kubica to Contest 2008 F1 Championship Outcome

Ex-F1 driver Robert Kubica has announced that he is planning to contest the outcome of the 2008 Formula 1 world championship.

"If Felipe Massa can demand the result to be overturned 15 years later because of what a 92 year old man said, who is now even claiming he can't remember giving an interview he actually did give merely a few months ago, what's stopping me? I mean, if BMW hadn't abandoned development early in the season to focus on producing a midfield shitbox for 2009, who knows? You may well be looking at the first Polish F1 world champion. Did BMW rig the championship against me?!"

"My claim would be stronger than Felipe's. For example, rather than relying on the testimony of a senile old man, we would point to the obvious: Spygate. The only drivers I finished behind in the 2008 championship drove for either McLaren or Ferrari, the two teams involved in the Spygate drama merely 12 months earlier.
