This performance made me shiver down to my spine and oh great, now I’m tearing it’s so hurt~
*exhale deeply* Okay.
I’ve just read Mike Zimmerman’s article on Men’s Health about Chris Cornell (Chester Bennington’s very best friend who also committed suicide on last May 18th 2017). Zimmerman said “Cornell’s suicide makes me wonder if guys can ever completely outrun their demons. You can fight, you can flee, you can drop countermeasures behind you, but can you win the race?“.
Medically speaking, you might be healed. But honestly speaking, I have no idea, I’m not sure. That dark pit always has a way to sucking in us deep in so many way that we don’t expect the most. The last thing we know, we suddenly got in a dark dark place that no one else can help, thus we need an urge to abuse our self even somebody to vent the anger. That feeling was not pretty nice, trust me, been there.
I hope everyone out there could deal with their depression and all kind of the anxiety things, although it’s too difficult and shame. We should talk about it to someone, because we’re not alone and we’re (surprisingly) loved. Just try to get help! And for us the believer, just put a trust that there’s something bigger than us to protect us to keep alive, something bigger to make us keep breathing everyday, The Divine.
You’re hurting me, hurting us today.
May you rest in peace, dear Chester Bennington.
With love, the one of so many person alive that grew up with your beautiful song.
