It’s taken me a long time to appreciate Rufus Wainwright. Then Salma Hayek came around and sang one of his songs in the movie “Americano”. It’s a fantastic song. Thanks for that, Salma.

The passing of Guy Clarke also got me listening to Townes Van Zandt again. Here is “If I Needed You” performed by Emmylou Harris and Barry Tashian on Austin City Limits in 1982.
