From an outside spectator, the scene unfolding in front of their eyes couldn't have been more mundane. Just a young man lying his head on someone's lap, slim fingers running through black-and-white hair in a tender gesture.

If someone were to take a closer look, however, they'd notice how tense the young man's shoulders are, how his hands would clench and unclench, how those slender digits would sometime look more akin to claws...

Hatsuharu buries his frown into the silk of Akito's kimono. The gesture would normally feel soothing, and Akito seems to be in a good mood, but the Ox knows from experience said mood can do a complete 180° in a matter of seconds.

He says nothing though, even as his eyes start growing a little heavy, eyelids fluttering down, although his senses remain alert, hazel eyes peering up at the God's (for now) serene face.
