i used to think loving people more than myself made me a good person but in reality it made me a very sad person. i had to start all over with myself & teach myself what i deserved. soft reminder that you don’t have to wait for people to care about you the way you wish they would and that goes for friends/relationships/family etc.

Before you say yes to forever see them angry, see them sick, scared, confused, and focused. Notice when and what they want when they lose, when they’re stressed, and when their patience is tested. You can’t change someone, but you can reveal them. Sometimes people don’t change later on down the line, perhaps you never really knew who they really were. All this new generation know is meet them today, move them in tomorrow💯
