Feed your hair the same way you feed your body... ok... This is my first time but Its my deep hair treatment. 1. Advocado 2. Egg 3. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4. A yummy Banana Seeing that my hair is always braided I will be doing this is once a month although once a week is the best option. Lesson I learned today is I need a blender asap... Cool part is I can eat everything in my hair... Ohhhh Imma leave my hair under a plastic bad for 30-45 minutes.
