I can imagine it is. It always seems so much harder the longer you are away from doing everything within the industry. So glad you are back though! I've made sure to show all the support possible. For me, I'm preparing for my mini album release as well! I can't wait for everyone to hear Accidentally on Purpose. The fans love the concept I'm going with when I post different photos so I hope they love the mini album once it's here tomorrow.

It's definitely never easy coming back but if you like something enough you find a way. I felt like I owed it to myself and the fans to come back. When does it come out? I'll have to give it a listen. I'm sure they will, our fans are pretty loyal and if you love the concept, they will too.

i imagine it's a lot — from an actor's perspective with film promos and photoshoots and all the premieres to attend. i can understand that, i mean, we're not the same first starting now, are we ? but we love what we do and that's what pushes us through it all — am i right ? i hope you have the best time with your comeback and tour. i'm between projects so i'm enjoying some free time with my son and partner currently before work kicks up again.

A lot of my friends have gone off to do acting projects and I see just how stressful film sets and promos for that can be. I don't think any of it is easy for any of us. But we love it all the same. Thank you, so far it's been a lot more fun than stressful. I've learned a lot during my break on how to manage my time better. Always nice to squeeze that family time in before you have to head back off to work, I hope you get to spend a lot of time together.

Meanwhile I'm the biggest liar on planet Earth. That's true, I only danced back in the day because I had to but even then I barely did. I know Daesung's been out there exposing me for standing still when I forgot moves. I might not be in the band anymore but I stalk all of you everyday. Me either, honestly. There was a time when a comeback was never in the cards because of how rough it got but... y'know, I think it's time. Come over then. I'll even share my chocolate ice cream with you. Blame the media! They bullied me away. I might let you hear one song.

Please stop stalking us, it's creepy...maybe don't go looking at my instagram likes though, they aren't creepy at all. Don't say that as I'm preparing for my comeback or I'll stick to when I said I was retiring. Just stop being an old man, duh. I get it, though. Kind of dreading getting back out there and doing shows again... if I ever have the courage to actually do it. Having a comeback after seven years isn't for the faint hearted, let me tell you. I forgot just how much went into album promotions and concert planning. It doesn't help that time isn't kind and it's definitely harder to push through being tired in rehearsals like it used to be. All that being said, I'm excited to be back, I'm looking forward to hitting the road again soon and going to places I haven't been in a long time. My debut solo album is finally out tomorrow and I'm so nervous! Like, I'm excited but the anticipation is making those nerves bubble up. If you could do me a solid and go listen to it when it drops tomorrow, I'd be so grateful. I promise it's good! If it's not, you can yell at me. Once this is out in the world, it's prep time for the Blackpink tour! It's always go, go, go over here. What's everyone else's plans for the Summer? You had nothing to be nervous about, the album is great. I'm so damn proud of you. We won't talk about how many times I've listened to it, but you know that means it's great. Can't believe you're leaving me for a tour, I say as if I'm not about to hit the road myself. This is your year, babe, soak it up. I mean, world tour, world domination, typical summer stuff for me. I might go to a Blackpink show, we'll see.

i hadn't been in the studio for a while and one day i just randomly went in. now that i did that, i can't seem to leave. i've gotten my muse back for the music. i've fallen in love again. i know i'm not the only one who has done that before with their work. sometimes you have to be away for a while to fall in love with your craft again. @hfrpstarters

That's usually how it goes, once the inspo hits it's hard to stop it. I took a seven year break and came back, recorded an album and now I'm writing songs for my group. It's definitely nice to not have the pressure on anymore when I'm in the mood to write/record. Happy to hear you're enjoying it again too.

I just returned to London from Paris, and all after our lovely group trip. Let me tell you, this girl is fed in food and fashion. I had the most magical trip, but I will have you know soon as I stepped foot in London ...I just craved butter chicken. My mom's specifically. Apparently emotions and food are closely tied. Anyone else experience that? You think of a place like home and instantly a thought of a specific food comes up or you even forget a food till you walk into a space familiar and the need to connect with that meal just happens? Or am I the only one out here luxuriating and living through food?

Paris is always a great time, I definitely feel you on the fashion bit. I was just there for the Chanel show not too long ago. Oh yes, food and emotions are always closely related. Whenever I'm not home I crave my favorites too. I already know I'm going to miss all of it the second my tour kicks off.
