Okay, I guess now’s a better time than ever to announce it. So without much further ado, I’ve decided to leave the DR OC community.
There’s been an ultimate miasma of drama and bullshit recently and it’s made a few great friends of mine really upset, and even drove them to leaving, something I don’t want to stand for. And although I have some friends here that I love wholeheartedly, I’ll still be around on Skype! (If you want it and you don’t have it, now’s the time to ask - even if we haven’t spoken much before. I regret not being able to connect with everyone I wanted to during my time here).
I’m keeping this blog open as an archive. And I’m really glad I spent my time here! I met some great people that I hope to stay friends with for as long as I can! But in the end, it isn’t worth it, and a great deal of people I thought were nice and inclusive and friendly have made me feel unsafe and shown their true colours, and that in the end, I obviously was just a means to an end to them, and so were my friends, all along. Huh. I don’t want to stand for that.
If you wanted to RP with me before I left, I’m really sorry! Chances are, I did too! But I’m still available on Skype for that kind of shit, and I might make an indie blog, although I’ll only give close friends the url.
