I.) He can be quite flirty sometimes with both males and females, using petnames and things of the likes of it, however, this doesnât necessarily mean heâs romantically or sexually interested in the other person, as there have been times where heâs used his charm to his advantage (usually to get stuff -information, mostly but not exclusively- out of others), and he also tends to flirt out of habit as well. Heâll stop after some time or until asked not to do it. If heâs in a relationship with someone, thereâll be no flirting with others at all unless he really has to make use of it.
II.) I think I said this a couple times but it never hurts to bring it up again: If he bites you, he likes you. The harder the bite, the more he likes you, basically., though heâll always be careful not to hurt his loved one more than necessary (cause loves to leave bite marks all over his loversâ bodies)
III.) Heâs a man whoâs lost everything more than once (and by everything, I actually mean everything). While he hasnât let that keep him down for too long, the truth is heâs terrified of going through that again, which would explain part of why he might be a bit hesitant to form new real bonds with others sometimes.
IV.) Singing is something heâs quite fond of, but it is also something he doesnât do very often as he will do it only when he really feels like it (itâs a bit more common to find him humming, actually). He doesnât think heâs good at it but thatâs never stopped him really and he isnât ashamed or afraid of singing in front of other(s). Spoiler alert: Heâs actually good at it.
V.) Heâs an adventurous man. He loves to find and try and learn new things. Whether it is visiting new places, trying new foods and dishes, learning new languages, new spells and tricks, etc. Thatâs a big part of why he enjoys his job as it always allows him to travel all over Makai a lot (and even beyond, sometimes).
VI.) He is fluent in English, Spanish and Japanese and has basic knowledge of other human languages from his many journeys through both, Ningenkai and Makai (as itâs normal to hear human languages being spoken among youkai in the lands of Makai that sit near any portals that lead to Ningenkai). He also knows some Makaian languages and dialects too. He has a noticeable accent on those languages he isnât fluent in.
VII.) Speaking of Ningenkai (human world), Kuronue enjoys a number of things from said realm, especially in more modern/recent times, finding most of the "new stuffâ to be quite fascinating -not to mention how glad he is that most humans are unarmed nowadays in the majority of the places heâs visited-. This is a good reason why itâs easier to find him roaming around this place a bit more often than he used to in his spare time. Always in disguise, of course. He doesnât hate humans or has any real negative feelings towards them, but heâs aware that showing himself in his true form before them would be troublesome, not only because of all the possible reactions heâd receive from humans but, also, because it could draw Reikaiâs (unwanted and highly despised) attention to him. This doesnât mean he wonât try to have a little fun at the expense of some humans every once in a while (a rare ocurrence and nothing too serious either, really).
VIII.) He can sleep pretty much anywhere. Living as a bandit since he was a little child, travelling all the time and facing all sorts of difficulties at times, has trained him well on this field to the point where he can even sleep anywhere and in almost any position, even on his back -after some little adjustments of his wings, of course- with minimal discomfort if he has to.
