In early 2000's, the Kim family owned most of the classy hotels in all of Seoul. The heir, Kim Myungsoo, earns one of the hotels at age 24 and, against his parents' will and following his own story, decides to change the place to make it one where heartbroken people can stay at and rebuild themselves, and perhaps even find love and understanding... Director Kim welcomes you to join the hotel as a worker or as a simple resident. A room awaits for you and your past, a room where you can't be judged.
