Whenever I have tension or soreness from clenching my jaw, I think about Kylo. Cause you know he’s doing that. He’s clenching his jaw and grinding his teeth and never relaxing ever. His jaw muscles are probably constantly sore

And the only way to fix jaw tension is to consciously relax your jaw a lot (rubbing can help too, but that alone isn’t enough). And that is often easier said than done. It’s so easy to stop paying attention and then just suddenly realize you’ve started clenching again

I get people are supportive of that 'gen z stare' bullshit in customer service, but I completely disagree. It's rude, it's dismissive, and it's incredibly discriminatory towards those with hidden disabilities.

In a shop yesterday with my mam who is undergoing dementia testing and struggling with remembering words and this attendant was so fucking rude to her until I intervened. Just staring, making my mam feel like shit and so small because she couldn't remember what she had in her hand was called and maybe even the number, I'm unsure as I don't exactly try make a big deal over her forgetting words. When I approached mam had shown her the items clearly on the counter. I didn't know what she had beforehand and just looked and told the woman who then had the audacity to roll her fucking eyes.

Really fucking pissed me off. It's not cute. You're not better than other people. Keep your rolling eyes to yourself next time, fucking nasty.

Had anyone else seen this shit? I've never seen this problem before when I had a MTBI, when I would bring my cousin with learning difficulties to the shops when I was younger. Maybe it was a one off I just don't get why this woman would stand and stare like that when her job is to be a shop assistant. Assist those in the shop like. Maybe lack of training but at some point this shit is just common fucking sense.
