hhhh I honestly feel kind of bad that I haven't updated this blog in a while and I'm really sorry about that, I've been absolutely swamped with schoolwork lately and I haven't really been able to find much time to sit down and continue debinding and scanning pages...

I have one batch of pages that I haven't posted yet but after i post those it's still probably going to be a little while before I can get back to a regular schedule (I started doing this over the summer when I had a lot more time) and in the meantime I'll probably reupload volume 2 pages gradually (I found that removing noise isn't really necessary and doesn't even look that good in the end), probably in a bit higher resolution than they are right now (remember to right-click > open image in new tab to see the full resolution)

As of now I've reuploaded Dragonlink's pages (because bias) but like I said I'm going to keep reuploading volume 2 (volume 1 has to wait until I can actually rescan them though) and HOPEFULLY at some point soon I'll have some time to finish debinding volume 2 and scanning the rest of the pages. I have no idea when I'll be able to get volumes 3 and 4 though.

Yeah, but I'm putting it on a temporary hiatus (I made a post about this) for the time being. I need to get my computer screen replaced which should be happening sometime soon and after that I'll most likely try to get back on track with the rest of the second volume + rescanning the first, and after that there'll pretty much be another hiatus until I can afford to buy the third and fourth volumes. After I can get those + scan 'em I can't see myself updating it anymore unless I decide to get the books for the first series which I'm kinda on the fence about (most likely won't but you never know).

Uhhh okay I wasn't really planning on making a post like this and I'll eventually delete it when I get back on track with scanning

There's still like half of the second databook I still need to scan! But I can only debind them at home, and I haven't been living at home although I'm moving back home this weekend so I should be able to continue as long as schoolwork doesn't interfere too much.

That being said, once I'm finished scanning the second volume of the books I'm going to start rescanning the first one. I found a setting on the scanner that scans in higher quality so I'm going to use that and make higher-quality scans of the first book. When I get all those done, I'm likely going to make a .rar file or something with all the pages at higher resolution (and possibly without removing the noise like I've been doing) for anyone interested.

Once all that is finished, I won't be able to update until I get the third book, and I'm not sure how long it's going to take me to be able to afford two copies (one to keep intact, one to debind and scan) because I've got a convention next month, school coming up at the end of the month next month, etc. but I do fully intend to eventually get the third and fourth ones and provide high-quality scans of them.

So uh. Yeah I was just wanting to make clear that this blog isn't totally dead and that I'll be resuming with uploads once I get the time to do it.
