It's 102° in my city rn. Our apartment is around 90° and only b/c of our animals; otherwise we wouldn't run the AC at all. We can't afford it. And we're short on rent because we had to run the AC last month. Our electric bill was almost $250, and we had to pay for my husband to get an infected tooth pulled and he missed a day of work, so we're almost $450 shy of the rent & electric bill coming up.
