I am so sick of binging and I really don't want to binge again
before eating questions

Fasted for 23h ( ╹▽╹ )
Then ate pasta , some fruits and some weird vegan chips that I bought on my way home 😭😭😭
It was pretty good and filling though 😋😋
Couldn't take any pictures of it though
Didn't count all the Calories but it was all around 700-800c
My steps for today: 14k
How did I feel ?
I felt pretty good, not too full but not hungry
I liked the mix of healthy and unhealthy foods (the chips) and it made me feel like I ate what I wanted

Today wasn't a great day with food but it's okay ! I will just kill myself and hope I won't ever eat again

I don't know if anyone remembers me hahaha but I've been away from Tumblr for a while because of school and some family problems
And I've gained weight and lost it and then lost more and then gained 😭
I've decided to get back here to help me get back on track and lose some weight before the end of the year
I'll think of a plan for the new month and I 'll keep u guys updated 😽😽😽
reasons to not to binge:
to be the skinniest person in your family and friend group
you’ll regret it the second it’s over
food won’t shut your brain up
it‘s so easy to undo all your progress
you’ve to work hard again
you’ll be bloated
you’ve been trough worse- you don’t need it
you want control? this is where it starts
that „comfort“ lasts 10 minutes- the guilt even more
to fit in XXS
to have a perfect body
to be petite
to look sick as you are in your thoughts
to hear „wow you’ve lost so much weight- how did you do it?“
to have control
remember: you‘re not hungry, you‘re bored
Tips from Weight Loss Diaries:

Appetite suppressors:
- Caffeine
- Energy drinks (Celsius is my fav only 10 cals and it boosts metabolism and promotes hair growth)
- Fizzy drinks (zero cals ofc)
- Nic
- Water (sticking to the basics yuh)

Getting out of food:
- Blame on health: Period cramps, headache, stomachaches, etc.
- Wrap in napkin and throw away when you get a good chance to.
- Just ate or the iconic “I’m not hungry”
- "I'm trying to eat healthier, so I'll pass on this."
- if you have to eat, eat as slow as possible and say your full once everyone else has finished.
- Not in a 🤮 kinda way but if it’s flushable you can get rid of it in the toilet.

Ways to occupy your self:
- skin care (I like to self tan because it takes a while to dry, keeps you from leaving your room and it drys faster if you walk around iykyk)
- school work/work for money
-workout duh
- play a video game. They keep you locked in unlike tik tok or something that you can put down at any time.
- Watch a movie
(Also if you’re just gonna be on your phone you might as well walk around your room or something and be on it. Take advantage of the moments ALONE!)

New strategy is always skipping breakfast because I always wanna eat at the end of the day
Okay new new strategy is eating breakfast because I got a little too crazy last night, wouldn’t consider it a binge but ending up eating more than I wanted at the end of the day
IVe always had a food drawer because I get food insecurity if that’s a thing? I feel like food is going to go away I don’t know
Anyway I like to keep protein bars or chocolate in it sometimes enough to last months
Right now I’m just keeping a few things
