Kiyomatsu Point Gym | The Sims 4 | CC Build Download

Originally constructed as part of the 1958 Mount Komorebi Winter Olympics, Kiyomatsu Point Gym has remained in continuous operation and boasts one of the best rock climbing gyms in the region.

Build Notes: The point of this build in my save file was to have a gym with a lot of options, and especially include the climbing walls from the Fitness Stuff Pack to support mountain climbing. You’ll find a basketball court, a pool, and of course the outdoor skating rink, along with a cafe at the entry. These areas won’t typically be used autonomously by Sims due to the activities favored by the “Gym” lot type, and you’ll need to hire vendors.

I don’t have the Adventure Awaits pack installed, so I used CC spin bikes, but you can use the bikes from the EA pack instead if you have those!

I had every intention of this being a starter home. But I was, of course, kidding myself.

Something a bit different for me. I deleted 98% of my CAS CC to force myself to use the game content I paid (far too much) for. Spent the day giving some Del Sol Valley Sims makeovers to test out this new way of living. Been mostly happy with the results! I especially like my new Judith Ward.

Villa Vigna | The Sims 4 | CC Build Download

Visit Tartosa's Villa Vigna and enjoy Porto Luminoso's breathtaking cliffside views. Stay in and enjoy all the amenities this rental has to offer or take a walk down through the vineyards and visit the village for a small shopping trip. Just don't forget to try the local cuisine!

Build Notes: I kept this lot as a vacation rental and designed it for large group vacations, either families or groups of friends. It can sleep 8 sims (two doubles and 4 bunk beds) and has plenty of options inside and out!

Hot Springs Park | The Sims 4 | CC Build Download

A lush oasis taking advantage of geo-thermal hot springs thanks to the nearby volcano.

Build Notes: Be careful making edits. I used a lot of T.O.O.L. mod and some types of edits can delete or disrupt plant placements. If you’re having trouble getting your Sim to walk to a specific spot or use a certain path, try deleting vegetation that might be placed under the location you’re attempting to go. I think I found all the troublesome spots, but just in case.

You can use LittleMsSam’s Auto Employees mod to get a bartender to manage the bar automatically.

Playing with the idea of a small interior design studio in Mt. Komorebi. Not certain about the actual functionality of it, but I like it as a concept. *shrug*

Large scale buildings are not in my comfort zone, but my notes say "large gym on the mountain", so here we are with this work in progress. In my mind, this is a "semi-thematic" build done for some past winter Olympics, maybe post-war era, that's still in good shape and beloved by winter sports enthusiasts the world over.
