I am 18+, I cannot control who views my content and I do try to put up warnings wherever I can. I mostly write fluffy things and angsty things so smut and stuff like that is far and few between but that doesn’t change the fact that I do write 18+ material. I always add a ''keep reading'' line which will usually contain a warning if the piece in question contains something dark or adult. You are in control of what you view and what you choose to read, I cannot guarantee YOUR personal safety. I do content warnings, I mark things as 18+ so please do not read it if you are not 18+. You are the one who controls what you consume.
MINORS DO NOT INTERACT
Again, I am 18+ I cannot control who chooses to view my content. Only you can control what you read, head the warnings.
Sandor hated it here but it was better than King's Landing at least, he missed the septry at times. The community of brothers that had healed and fed him, he was faceless there. Just a man, a nobody. Building their sept as a form of payment, what else could he have done? Where else could he have gone anyway? The brute was wanted and too many people knew his face, not like you could miss it. A man with a burnt face, very short and to the point when it came to his description. The Eastwatch felt quiet considering the circumstances, he wasn't too sure as to why he even went along with it. Fucking Thoros of Myr and his walking corpse friend, Beric Dondarrion. At least they made it, until that ginger cunt spotted them crossing the Gift and brought them here.
"How long have we been in here?" Thoros wondered outloud, Sandor just stared at the bars of the cage they had been put in. For safe keeping apparently.
"Why don't you just ask those fuckers out there?" He grumbled. And damn campfire, that is what brought him here. The dead walking, the end of the realms. Those things would take the north, then they would keep moving. Next it would be crossing the sea, taking everything beyond it. There'd be no soft earth left to bury him in when this was all over. He had unfinished business with his brother, what was left of him anyway.
Horns were blowing, loud and long. They could hear the wildlings hollering, rapid footsteps all above them and just outside the cells.
"Something's here." Beric took a deep breath, blowing warm air into his hands.
"What gave it away?" Sandor rolled his eyes, Thoros chuckled and patted the burnt man's shoulder. Telling him to lighten up.
Lighten up? Have they seen where they were? A frozen wasteland, nothing but ice. The three men were startled by a deep roar of an animal, it was coming from outside. There was laughter and hurried shouts in the old tongue of the wildlings. The language of the first men as it was known. Those bastards are obsessed with all that.
A guard, a grey and weathered old wildling opened the cell door and ordered them to go outside. That the king crow would see them now, Sandor and his travelling companions hesitated for a moment. Unarmed in a strange place. The wildling slams the cell door shut and points to the door again, seemingly cursing in the old tongue. Sandor simply guessed at it, wouldn't surpise him. Beric and Thoros exited the hold and stepped out into the snow with Sandor following behind.
"Is that a fucking bear?" Sandor stared on, spotting by the main gates a huge bear. Possibly reaching fifteen feet at the very least, white as the snow. Breathing heavily in the cold air, next to it stood a man dressed in black. Jon Snow, the bastard of Winterfell.
"Aye." Thoros said, there was a flash of something akin to fright in his eyes. The nerves were unstable in that one. A miserable old drunk who likes to bring back dead men for fun. Sandor had threatened to kill Thoros if the man brought him back for any reason.
"Big." The word seemed to slip out of his mouth, his attention moved from the panting bear's face to its back. There was movement up there, he squints his eyes as the figure sat up. A wildling, riding a bear?
The hood that obscured the bear rider's face is blown back by the wind, revealing their face. A woman, lightly colored hair. A frown deeply etched into her face, she shouts something he couldn't understand. Sandor saw the ginger wildling with the beard, the one that had spotted them first, arguing back with the woman. The bear didn't seem to like what was happening as it let out a roar right in the ginger man's face, blowing his hair and beard in different directions. Thoros snorts at the sight of the man stiffening up and beelining for Jon Snow. The woman laughs heartily, digging her hands into the fur on the bear's head, scratching it like one would a dog.
"Never seen such a thing..." Beric is impressed.
Sandor wanted that thing to stay as far away from him as possible. Their eyes met briefly, her blue ones against his brown. She holds the connection before breaking away, tugging the bears ear to make him turn.
"Quite a woman eh?" Thoros snorts, watching the bear rider maneuver the bear like horse.
Sandor however didn't respond as he watches the woman lead the bear towards the stables.
Since I started seeing a psychologist I've had an easier time navigating myself and my surroundings. My psychologist suggests tools to accurately describe my wellbeing day to day. Weather it be through music or art.
I've been doing art therapy for a few weeks now and I've made some pretty interesting pictures, honestly don't know where this whole art therapy thing has been my whole life but I don't think I'll be giving it up any time soon.
"Where will you go?" K'otuä asked as she packed her pouch with whatever herbs she had left, Miles was fully on his feet now. The ache was still there but dull, soon to fade into nothing. He hadn't thought about what comes next for him, throwing himself off that floating rock like that. There was no chance he could go and find Spider, the RDA might shoot him on sight and the Mangkwan might not be any better. Varang could be out there looking for him, maybe not. They hadn't exactly made things exclusive but he couldn't deny the fire he felt when he was with her. It wasn't intimate, it was rough and it hurts. But it is the way Varang wanted it to be, all consuming.
"I don't know, I might look for my squad. Maybe they're still out there." Miles looked over to where K'otuä's banshee sat patiently. It seemed to sense that it was time to leave, most likely relieved. Miles hadn't seen Cupcake anywhere, he didn't even know if she was alive. If she was, she wouldn't be far away. She'd find him eventually, hopefully.
"I see." K'otuä smiled, it was easy to be around her even if she did weird him out a little bit. Calm but she could be stern. Miles hadn't noticed that they had been speaking in na'vi until K'otuä pointed out an error in his speech. It all sounded like English to him now, it was frightening.
"What about you? Where are you headed sugar?" Miles looks at her, she was frowning. Why?
"I do not know." K'otuä closed her pouch and walked over to where her banshee sat still, well behaved but itching to fly. She attached the pouch to the ornate leather saddle. Miles never bothered saddling up Cupcake but it seemed like a good idea.
"Maybe we should travel together." He innocently suggested. Sure, he had ulterior motives but it couldn't hurt to have her close by. What if he found his squad and they were injured? K'otuä was filled to the brim with knowledge just ripe for the picking, why not learn more about this shit? K'otuä turned to to look at him, her brow raised. One of the things that he keeps forgetting is that the natives don't have eyebrows but for some reason the RDA made avatars do. He still didn't get why, was it a genetic thing or was it by design? Easier to recognise and all that.
"Until I find my ride, I mean." Miles cleared his throat.
"Your Ikran?" She asked him, the na'vi were real sensitive when it came to those flying lizards. Suppose he sort of gets it, Miles did really like Cupcake. She has fire in her but you just got to show a little strong arm when handling her. She yields when he asks her too, granted she only really obeys him. That's what the kid said right? The banshees are loyal to one person their entire life? Does he have one of those things? What colour was it? Bet he named it something stupid.
"Yeah, Cupcake. Lost her in all the noise, I don't know where she is to be honest with you." He shrugs.
K'otuä took a moment to look at him, she had been real kind to him despite his history. Quaritch's and Miles' shared history, they've killed a great number of her kind. There was a lot of anger and hate between them as human and na'vi. Guess karma really is a bitch though. Quaritch kills them, gets killed and then Miles is born as one of them. Though, he wasn't really one of them was he? Jake was, is.
Jake had it made, these people adore the shit out of him. This almighty Toruk Macto, this great leader and warrior.
"We will look for her." She nods, turning her attention back to her ikran. It is a simple gesture but it meant a lot to him, though he wouldn't ever admit to it. He simply nods back, feeling it was sufficient enough. K'otuä connects her neural cue with the animal, seemingly ready to fly. She strokes it neck, it is clear that they had a great bond. One of the many things Miles didn't understand fully, it was just an animal. A loyal but dumb animal. A giant chicken, scaly. He did miss Cupcake though.
"But I will not go where the Mangkwan are, I am not welcome there." She stares at him as she mounts her banshee, gripping the saddle tightly. Miles hums.
"Is there a story behind that?" He chuckles.
This seemed to touch a nerve in the healer as her ears go flat.
"Not your business!" She hissed with bared teeth, it is angry very hostile. Obviously, there is a story. One that Miles is not allowed to know or perhaps a story he will eventually learn.
"Okay! Okay, keep your hair on sister." He lifts his hands up in mock defeat as he approached the ikran.
I got a question about how much of the lore changed for John Ronnie Munson, reader, and stepdad!steve (and possibly stepdads!Billy and Hank Stolt?)
In canon lore (my canon lore) John's mom ends up with Steve who now clearly works as a coach at a middle school or coaches little league? They don't live in Steve's old family home and now have a smaller place, John's attic room might basically be gone but you never know! I havent designed the new house yet.
At the point of season 5 at least 1 and a half years have passed since season 4 so John's mom and Steve are already at the starting point of their relationship. Dustin is way more involved with baby John's life after the events of season 4 when he lost Eddie. The guilt eats at him and he does what he can to defend him and what is left of his family. The Coffin boys all check in on her here and there except Freak since he managed to move away after the quake in season 4. Gareth lost his job at the Radioshack since its in the sanctioned off area, Jeff works part time at whatever remained of the grocery stores downtown in the still open area. John's mom still lives with Wayne now in a new trailer somewhere.
As for the stepdad!billy universe if he was still in fact alive, billy and reader reconnect when he comes back to hawkins for christmas after his dad pretty much forces him to come. He reluctantly stays throughout the events of season 5 and as soon as the ban is lifted he takes John and his mom out of Hawkins and they move to california.
Stepdad Hank tho? He goes on one date with John's mom at the tail end of season 5 and she marries him about 5 years into the relationship.
Thats what I got so far.
But of course this is all very hypothetical and season 4 never actually happened, it was a collective fever dream the entire fandom had at the same time so Eddie is still very much alive. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
