I became infatuated with the idea of a full beauty line being certified by PETA and Leaping Bunny as being completely cruelty free.  I adore animals and do not agree that you have to allow certain testing in order to sell in those countries.  To me it’s simple.  Don’t sell in those countries!

Maëlle does just that.  Every single product is certified by both firms as being cruelty free.  Is it extra work? Certainly, but it’s also very important!

Most of use love to watch the adorable animal video’s, then we go use our wrinkle creams or makeup sprays that have been tested on animals.  Ugh!!!

I’m thankful to Maëlle for daring to be different.  For daring to help to make every day beautiful.  For humans, as well as our furry friends.

We just launched this past weekend in London for the entire UK and our USA branch launches October 29th!  

I have made the change to join Maëlle as an Independent Mentor for many reasons.  Here are a few:

All Skin Care and Makeup is of High-Quality, developed and tested on Humans with patch testing and the like.  All products are 100% Cruelty-Free and are certified by PETA and Leaping Bunny.  Since the product lines are manufactured in Italy and the UK, they are all free from Parabens, Phtalates, SLS and other harmful chemicals allowed in the USA.   Many are also vegan!

I was so impressed with the business structure that I just had to get on board with this company!  

Online or at home parties (we call them “Meet Ups”) reward the host/hostess with a generous 15% of the total of $200 or more and we don’t stop there! There are additional bonus buys that change every month to keep things fresh and fun.  

The compensation plan for Independent Mentor’s is Phenomenal! Without going into too much detail I just have to share this fact.  As I build my business, I own the rights to that business, so if I should pass away, my legal representatives benefit from that.  I can also transfer (sell) my business if I wish, following the policies and procedures in the contract of course.  Yes… I read all 48 pages, THREE TIMES. :)  This really is a Phenomenal opportunity! 

If you are in sales, do you own the business you have worked so hard to build? Best check that contract.  I am not a lawyer, but I’ve read a few contracts. There is a big difference between most of them!
