Reimu has absolutely no patience for troublesome youkai, and Seiga definitely fits the “troublesome” criteria to a T. 

「If I wanted to ventilate, I already have a permanent hole in my wall.」 She points to the window.  「That one opens and closes. Yours most definitely won’t.」

…Hold on.  「How did you even get in here?!」

✧·˚. –  Ah, as a human, Reimu is just as entertaining as Seiga remembers. She forces a gasp, bringing her left hand to edge her jaw. “I would never have imagined you to be the type to want to learn my secrets. Heavens, I’m in shock!” 

“It’s a really neat trick I learned hundreds of years ago, I promise you will not be disappointed. How about it? I’m feeling especially generous, so just for you, I won’t even ask for anything in return!”

Mokou had seen a lot of things in her day; she had developed a sense for what meant bad news. To any casual onlooker, the blue haired woman with the screen headed dog would be just…well OK it’d be still weird, but Mokou immediately got bad vibes from just the way she talked.

The dog was cute though.

“I somehow doubt that.” Her voice was completely deadpan. “I’m fine though. I’m not really one for dog walking. More of a people watcher.”

✧·˚. – A people watcher, huh.. This piqued Seiga’s interest.

“Go on and play with your little friends for a bit, won’t you?” Like any ordinary pet owner would, Seiga set the animal down gently and gave such a command in an exaggeratedly cute tone. The dog glanced curiously upon her before wagging its tail and running off. 

Back to the woman here.

“Well, if it’s people watching you’re after, I’m afraid this isn’t my natural habitat. Of course, it doesn’t look like it’s yours either.” She couldn’t help but laugh at herself for that one.

✧·˚. – “Aaah, the jig is up~” Seiga knows full well she can’t remain undetected in this park for long; after all, there’s nothing more suspicious than a lady clad in such gaudy attire packing around a dog with a screen for a head underneath her right arm. The dog isn’t in any kind of distress here, gleefully wagging their tail all the while at the sight of the gawking visitor. 

“A woman can’t have a peaceful outing with her pet these days without someone intruding. Or were you looking to join us? Come on, come on, don’t be shy! I don’t bite.”
