Stark and Stark (Crack AU)
Victoria didn’t answer for a moment. She stared at the robot, fascinated. The little bot soon came up close to her, facing her face to camera. Suddenly it raised its arm, stretched out. Victoria pressed her hand against it, and the bot responded with a light high-five.
"DUM-E," read Victoria on the side of the bot’s frame. “DUM…Dummy! Your name is Dummy!" The bot whirred and chirped in response.
It was Tony looking at her that brought her back to the present.
"Um…er…yes. If Dummy would be so kind as to provide something."
With a happy little chirp, Dummy whirred right past Tony on happy wheels to prepare their guest a smoothie.
Tony watched the two interact and could have laughed to himself, not an amused laugh but the happy kind of laugh. He scratched at the back of his head now watching Dummy as he whirred and went past Tony towards the small area set up somewhat like a kitchen.
"Just don’t spill it, buddy." The bot turned his claw up and then down making Tony smile before his attention turned back to Victoria. “There’s a 50 percent chance of that happening."
Victoria laughed a bit. In a little while, Dummy had returned with a pink smoothie and offered it to Victoria.
"It is a blend of protein powder, milk, strawberries and banana," said JARVIS as Victoria took a sip.
"Delicious," said the young woman to the robot, as if it were the most natural thing in the world, "thank you, Dummy."
