I'm a bit rusty so I asked my friends to give me some fe3h ships to draw :D

I will pay triple for Disney+ if I get Obi-Wan purposely/accidentally hitting on someone in the Kenobi show. Before people come after me with pitchforks I am not saying I think he should have a romantic subplot so just calm the hell down. I just need for him to do that thing he does where you're like "OK but why is this conversation suddenly somehow sexually charged?"

I was going to list examples of this but then I realized it's faster to just be like "you know, like those times when he talked to basically everyone". You all know the sorts of Moments I am referring to. I think it would be important, y'know, for Character Continuity. Also I'm kind of unsure if Ewan's even able to NOT play the character this way so if anything I'll be confused if we don't get a moment like this.

I do. I want a romantic subplot. I want him to have a romantic subplot with every person he interacts with on screen and I want there to be at least five passionate make-out scenes. I want him to cope with losing his best friend exactly like fleabag except he’s in the wretched space desert and a krayt dragon is there too.

😅 You know what, you're right. I would absolutely accept Obi-Wan slutting his way through the entire series. Don't just give him *A* romantic subplot; give him many. He should have at least 3 torrid love affairs.

We've gone through THIS MUCH Star Wars and NOBODY'S KISSED THIS MAN ON SCREEN EVEN ONCE, even though he's been hitting on everybody for years??????? C'mon.

no but listen … merlin had become so closed off for the entire season bc he felt his destiny crushing him ,, felt like he was so alone, and that he could not share this burden with anyone … he tried to share it with gaius but he just confirmed merlin in, that merlin was indeed alone in this … and when he tried to seek help/assurance from kilgharrah, he was met with the same “you must do this and that, but alone”.. merlin was so incredibly lonely, and it only got worse from season to season .. by season 5 he had hit rock bottom … he was desperate to not fail arthur or his destiny, and literally walking around being scared for arthur’s life constantly, since he was shown visions or hearing prophecies of arthur’s death all the time … not to mention he literally knew arthur was housing his murderer.. he was soooo worn out by season 5… he had been giving unfairly big responsibilities and fought hard for arthur’s survival and everyone’s happiness for 10 years. and doing so without telling no one about it… it affected his mental health to the point where he had lost a lot of his kindness, humour and usual chatter.. like did you notice how quiet merlin had become by season 5? and ofc arthur noticed and ofc arthur was concerned… but merlin pushed him away each and every time arthur tried to reach out …

in the beginning of arthur’s reign, arthur felt a lot of pressure and was unsure of his new role as king. his father had always told him (and now his uncle did as well) that a king must rule and make his decisions alone… arthur struggled a lot with this, but tried nonetheless to follow these instructions in the beginning… and then merlin came and told him, that he didn’t have to do it alone.. that there were loads of people around him that wanted to help him and be there for him — that merlin was there for him … no but i’m mentioning this, bc merlin wanted to be there for the people he loved, so badly, and was disagreeing with the entire “i am alone with this huuuge responsibility, and i can’t share it with anybody no matter what”… but he was struggling with it himself … because his entire life he had he been told, that he can’t share his magic — a huge part of himself — with anyone … and it was embedded so deeply in him by season 5… and he told himself that at least he had gaius (what a help huh)

merlin was soooo tired, worn out, anxious and depressed by season 5… he desperately needed someone to confide in, share his burden with and someone he could pour his heart out to… a shoulder to cry on … arthur offered him to be just that, multiple times — and not just in season 5… throughout the entire series actually… but merlin again felt like he could not share his struggles with anyone, and least of all with arthur. but it was arthur he wanted to share them with the most … and it was arthur that probably could understand the weight of a huge responsibility best …

and then he finally did the magic reveal, and though he was hurting, scared and felt lost with arthur’s life slipping out between his fingers, and scared of not being accepted, you can literally tell how relieved he is feeling. how big of a weight has lifted from his chest. he is already starting to be more like the old merlin again, only shortly after he has told arthur, and especially after gaius comes and tell arthur that merlin isn’t a threat (which arthur ofc already know deep down, but his hurt overshadowed his logic). you can literally just TELL how much lighter merlin is after he told arthur about his magic. merlin ofc hopes to get arthur to the lake before it’s too late, and along the way he is probably thinking about his future with his magic now being out in the open, with hope of finally being free and accepted…. and with the possibility of sharing his feelings and worries with arthur.. and with arthur knowing …

just for it all to be ripped away

I just realized we are/could very well be building towards a situation where two of our main Star Wars plots are "Let's clean up Tatooine!" and "Let's clean up Mandalore!". This is so funny to me because I have been joking on Snark Wars for YEARS about how 90% of the galaxy's drama seems to center around or come from these two places. Every other hothead or thug or Giant Drama Queen in the universe is either FROM one of these places, has family there, spends a lot of time there by choice, or has Extensive Tragic Backstory there. (And hey, if you're Obi-Wan you get the honor of having Extensive Tragic Backstory in BOTH places! Hooray.)

Just...how will we even HAVE more Star Wars if these two places get their act together? If Tatooine and Mandalore finally get to a point where they've actually chilled the fuck out for the first time in EVER, what the hell is everyone gonna do with themselves?

Dathomir, Mortis and Mustafar are REALLY gonna have to step up their game. No wonder Undead Sheev was trying to make Exegol happen. SOMEONE had to make the galaxy insane again.

It’s like the Star Wars fandom is a neverending tense holiday family dinner where no one gets along and everyone has different political opinions, and just when it looks like a brawl’s gonna break out (again), The Mandalorian walks in with his cute new baby and everyone is suddenly like AWWW LOOK AT HIM WHAT A SWEET LITTLE GUY and is (temporarily) on their best behavior because we all wanna hold the BABY.

(That is, of course, until the inevitable arguments erupt about how Uncle So-and-So thinks everyone’s coddling the Baby, he’s not THAT cute, and then there’s a fistfight over whether or not the Baby merely takes after Yoda, or if he is time-traveling Yoda, or a clone of Yoda, and then someone gets up and threatens to leave because I swear to God, this is the stupidest thing that’s happened since that year Luke died livestreaming himself across space, and then someone else takes offense at that because honestly they thought it was a very touching MOMENT how many more times do we have to argue about this?!, and some old man in a recliner yells out that he still doesn’t like that Phantom Menace, to which someone else yells back DAD IT’S BEEN TWENTY YEARS, GET OVER IT and…)

I was out having lunch recently, and our waitress who was probably about 10 years younger than me noted that I had a Star Wars purse. I got it a few years back and it has a Force Awakens-inspired pattern on it. She told me she had the same one, and we were chatting back and forth a bit about Star Wars, and at one point she goes “…The Force Awakens is very important to me” and I immediately recognized that fangirl tone of voice, because it was the exact same way I’d have said, say “…Obi-Wan Kenobi is very important to me” and it was THE CUTEST THING EVER. I just nodded and was like “…I understand that feeling. Believe me, I do.” I LOVE STAR WARS FANGIRLS.

“Lead them well” What I felt playing as Byleth through the end of part 1. I started this comic during my 1st playthrough of FE3Houses with the Black Eagles, thought it was a good time to finish it. Everyone has their own personal take on how they view the 3Houses story and its characters, don’t misread my words, I’m not saying the BE are better.
