At a cool 50 degrees, this is truly a quintessential fall weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks! Wake up and make it a farmer's market kind of morning. Kids will love choosing their favorite pumpkins while adults can pick up veggies for dinner as well as beauties for the front porch. Check out our featured local market, Camdenton Produce Stand, located near UPS on the corner of Highway 54 & Laker Pride Road in Camdenton. We were wowed by their GINORMOUS (thank you Will Ferrell for such a fun word!) MUMS and even more wowed by the price! $8 each or THREE HUGE mums for $20!!! You'll want to stop by ASAP for these as Tony sold out of the cool rainbow colored versions the first weekend they set them out. Enjoy service with a huge smile from Tony, Julie and their sweet kids. Don't know which apples are best for this time of year? Tony's your go-to guy. Need a "made from scratch" apple pie for dinner tonight? You would be hard-pressed to find a fresher pie statewide.
