Now that I've properly got my blog going... I think it's time I share an idea I've had for a while.
A Stacy from SPACE!
The idea for this one is simple: an Alien Invasion weather event occurred at The Lab, and in the chaos, the aliens ended up abducting a Stacy 2.0. Their intentions are unclear, but the result was far out of their control. Something happened to her - perhaps it was her unstable DNA or something else. Whatever it was, a force pulled in and spoke to her.
It changed her. It opened her eyes.
When she escaped the shuttle she was carried on and set paw on the Moon, she knew it would be her new home. Away from the wickedness of the Earth...
... but she still misses her home planet, so much that when cats perish on the moon, she uses the same rocket ship as them to make temporary visits to her old homeplace. She is still Stacy, after all.
So that's the lore, and as for a name... I was considering calling her "Abandoned Stacy". But hm, I wonder if something else would work. I'm also planning on giving her an RP blog.
I’m gonna make my mewgenics oc, Clawsia look at you..
Oh, a clown! I sure hope she doesn't cry!
Here, let me give her a pet pet!
... is having a good relationship with your mom illegal in Boon County or something? (More drawings + yaps below)
It's quite romantic how my first ask is about Clawsia, after my first post was a Magnus drawing...
A good amount of her suffering comes from her relationship with her mom of course, but what about her relationship with being raised in, I don't know, hell itself? I imagine her "meaner" side (if you can call it that) is a natural result of her upbringing there... am I interpreting this right?
Right or wrong, I honestly want to see more about her upbringing within the Core and her opinions on that.
What does she think of Heaven and Hell? To what extent does she resent her upbringing and association there? Does she resent the Devil? Does she resent God? Does she fear the possibility of those she loves ending up down here? After all, there's not many good people in Boon County... let alone good cats.
And Magnus, what if he goes to Hell... or ends up in Heaven? Will she return to the Core for good to try and save him from a worse fate? Or will she reach her paws up to the Heavens and try to steal him away from paradise?
What a clown, giving herself so much unnecessary pain with all these needless relationships. Maybe she should've been more like her mother.
Funny enough, the idea for this drawing came from me initially not wanting to draw the ruffles on her neck. I was all "oh woe is me, how will I possibly handle this", until I remembered she comes from the Core...
Oh and y'know, I originally kind of ignored Mewgenics ocs when I started out browsing the Mewgenics tag on Tumblr. And it's a damn shame too, because now that I've gotten to look at ocs, there are some pretty interesting ones. I've even gotten some myself so I've really had a change of here there...
So uhh yeah Clawsia is really cool! Thanks for the ask!
"The difference between Solids and Liquids lies primarily in their versatility. Metal must be beaten and bent and harshly manipulated to achieve a desired form... while liquids, when given the right container, can be anything."
"Maybe that's why I was made to replace you... maybe that's why you failed. Hm? Are you looking at me now with such a dumb expression?"
"Well, go ahead. Keep looking. Can you even see me through those stupid sunglasses you have on? Can you see the look in my eyes? My elation that I'm nothing like the pitiful heap of scrap you are? Keep looking. Keep staring. Look at what's going to replace you and-..."
"... I keep forgetting I can't vocalize my thoughts. Why does it look so confused? Does it even know that it's getting replaced? What a faulty thing... I hope I'll get to send it to the scrapyard myself."
Quick sketch, a bit of yapping below.
A couple of quick, relatively low-effort sketches I did after being struck with an idea. Yes I can use digital pen... and sadly, no, I don't use stylus. I draw on my phone with my pointer finger.
The Cat-inators are really are something, huh? I've been thinking about them a lot because I've been working on a project regarding The Future, and these two are a big part of that.
Thanks to said project, I've got lots of headcanon around these two. I'll feed you one of those:
Superiority is very important to the C-1000. If you think about it, it is the most advanced machine that we've seen from The Future - can you imagine how much went into creating something that can mimic anything it sees? I like to think that whoever created the C-1000 accidentally created something insanely revolutionary for its time, and the C-1000 itself knows this. It knows it's better than basically everything around it, even its own creator, and feels a very strong pride in it.
When it comes to the ship C-1800, I hesitate to even call it that. I think the closest you can get to that is if C-1000 felt a very one-sided possessiveness towards the C-800 as it being the biggest source of its superiority. This results in the C-1000 having a really weird affection towards it, and a determination to see its fate through to the end itself. I think you could almost call it a yandere in that regard lol. C-800 of course does not return these feelings or even knows they exist until they're acted on. This can't end well... I think C-800 should just escape the Future and start a nice family in the past. (I think you know what I'm referring to wink wink)
All that said, I'll try not to post too much more about them until the "project" is through with... I like these two but I also wouldn't mind giving other Mewgenics charas some love. My inbox is open if you want to hear more of my yapping, or have any suggestions.
I also wouldn't mind talking about your ocs! I even have some I would like to post once I have better drawings of them.
"The temperature suddenly drops and begins falling around the cat. At first Magnus swats at the pretty little snowflakes. Then he tries to catch one on his tongue."
I wanted to draw a class miniboss for my first drawing here, so I settled on Magnus, then I wondered what to draw him doing.
What I settled on was surprisingly wholesome for a Fighter
