LARA FM MUSIC

Lara, the lead singer/artist of the band, was born and raised in the cult of Scientology as an internal “Sea Organization member“ who was enslaved and forced to sign a billion-year contract, exposed to child labor, child abuse as well as elderly neglect and family disconnection.  This led to decades of slave labor and abuse on all of the members, both mental and physical. Kids cannot consent to L. Ron Hubbard’s policies or the brainwashing of Scientology (Auditing): especially when their parents are the ones bringing them into the organization, depriving them of a childhood, the concept of reality or what their rights are; some even before childbirth. Not only is Lara the lead singer, she writes all her own original music with her fellow artists, friends, and producers that she has met since being out of the cult of Scientology over the past 15 years. Her inspiration is very 80’s/90’s driven, but has an infinite range of vocals with pop, punk, rock and theatrical elements. Lara left the Sea Org at 17 years old and couch surfed with fellow ex-members still in the “Scientology mindset” exploring the “outside” world.  This led to her art and musical journey.
