I'm really struggling with my body image at this time. I'm finding myself binging and wallowing in self-pity. I cringe at any pictures I take of myself and find a flaw with every breath I take.

Social distancing is forcing me to isolate with the one person I would kill to escape from.

And I don't know if I'm strong enough to ignore the mean girl in my head. I don't know if I'm strong enough to not give in to the welcoming voice of my eating disorder. I don't know if I'm strong enough to come out of this isolation a better woman than who I was before I was locked in.
