The early morning sun shimmered through the bedroom window, cascading across the empty messy bed. The occupant of the bed stood at the bedside, packing away sweaters and shirts. Folding them neatly before placing them in the backpack.

The inhabitant made-up the bed, fluffing out the pillow, taking up the backpack. Passing by the stereo, she went about pulling out a cassette and shoving the tape into the bag. Taking one last glance at the childhood bedroom, she closed the door slowly.
