Although I LOVE my life and all the opportunities I’ve been given. At times I fall into these negative rabbit holes. I stress about the future and situations I have NO control over. I remind myself that everything will fall into place when the time is right. Just focus your energy on yourself, have good intentions and good things will come. I realized that having goals/dreams is great. But stressing can affect your daily productivity while forgetting about enjoying and being happy in the PRESENT. It’s definitely challenging not to stress.. Since we are trained to do so as humans.
