Here is an example of a zipper. One can use a wide variety clothes pins, binder clamps, wire clips and bulldog clamps. All of them come in a variety of sizes and spring tensions. First : Clothes pins come with a fairly weak spring tension. Tension can be increased by adding a rubber band around the head of the pin. Also the heads can be dipped in a rubber solution to increase the hold. The pin with the rubber solution still wet can be immersed in a variety of different grit sands. I believe sand paper of different grits can also be glued to the head of the pin. Second: Binder clamps also come in various sizes. The larger the clamp the greater and bigger the bite on the skin and muscle. No need for any enhancement. The body acts as a spring holding the jaws tightly shut. Third : The bulldog clamp in which the body also acts as a spring. On the jaws are flat plates which also close tightly flat together. String or small light cord can be attached to the devices and tied off. Each clip (clamp) is connected to the next one and so on. The number and spacing of them is up to the Dom. Sections of string (thin cord ) about 8 inches long should be at either end. This allows enough room to attach a wood bead. It should be large enough to be easily grasped by the hands. Length of time for pulling them off can vary from slow to quite rapidly. This can cause a great deal of discomfort and even pain. This applies to the type of the clothes pin,clip and the strength of the spring. Depending upon how the Dom handles the placement and threat of removal. This can cause emotions ranging from consternation, fear, to outright terror.
