The Pirate captain of the crew: A wilde fire soul with a ambisous and cocky wit. He can slip his way out of a situation just as fast as he got into one. what he lacks in subilty and nuance, he makes up for in compitance and stradegy. thogh he prefers a improved aproch, for the thrill of the challenge. with shuch ferver and a love for life, he can make the most somber and dire of moments feel like a festival of levety and hope. no matter who they might be and no matter where they come from. he will ride or die for his crew.

The Quartermaste of the pirate crew: A ceurious yet enclosed personality, she has a great untapped potential that is restricted by a life status she wishes to run away from. while nieve and brash when it comes to athority, she is open to new ideas and oppotunites that could help get her and her friends out of a jam. intuitave and inavative, she is willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. while she may not be fit to lead a kingdome, she is more than capleable of changing the lives around her. all she needs are the right tools, and some hany assistants.

The first mate of the pirate crew: A battle ready vet, stedfast on getting any job done, his skills as a sharp shooter are as cirtan as his intimidating physique. with the strangth and endurance to match. prefering stradagy and practicality over all, his strict and no-nonsens deminer is juxtaposed by his chose of company. while stern and straight with his words, he is very mythodical and empathetic with those who protect and serve for their community. always ready with some thoughtful yet sobering advice.

It is Disability Pride month and I think it’s time to bring this comic from April back

this comic reminds me of the sentiment that “everyone is gay now” but you know what else is on the rise? left handed-ness. and do you know WHY? because we have started to allow kids to write with whatever hand feels comfortable. we’re not taping people’s hands to desks or other horrible stuff.

it’s not that there are “more” people who are queer or autistic or whatever nowadays, it’s that people are actually being allowed to write with their “correct hand” (if you catch my drift)
