Out Of Claws: I'm sorry to say that I will be leaving (I play Laura and Pepper) I have had so much fun with all of you and really hate to go, but this page and many others of mine take up to much time and I'd like to focus more on my writing and drawing. I love you all and hate to say goodbye T^T Thank you for all your help in improving my writing and letting be a part of your travel in writing as well. Thank You

He gave her a look, raising an eyebrow at her response, the smile still teasing at his lips, “oh I do hope you know what ‘disappointed’ means.” he spoke, letting his voice drop a notch. “It all depends on what you’ve been looking for and whether it’s on par with, below or above what you’ve expected to find.” He spoke in an even voice, “so the real question is, what is it you were hoping to find up here?” he asked as he pointed up to where she first spotted him.

Laura looked at him with focused eyes as if she was waiting for him to make a mistake. "I was doing a friend a favor. You weren't the favor" Laura said stepping away from the edge "So I guess in a way I was a bit disappointed" The dark haired girl admitted as her hand grabbed at on of the steps above her. She wouldn't call it disappointment rather unexpected and a little bothersome, but meeting one of the Avengers was a bit of a treat and she really couldn't complain.

He gave her an amused look, wondering what did she think he was, ‘something other than just a guy with a bow and arrows’ he thought to himself. After all, that was the factor that surprised a lot of people who’ve ran across him for the first time and had no idea who he was; a fact that still amused Clint every now and then. “I’m just a guy out to get some exercise,” he shrugged, technically it wasn’t a lie. “disappointed with what you’ve found?” he asked, a smile teasing at the corner of his lips.

Laura stared at him with a rather unamused look. Whether he was flirting with her or just trying to be funny neither was flattering in anyway... Maybe a little sense he was an Avenger, but other then that she had no other feelings towards his comment "It really depends on what you mean by disappointed" Laura replied looking him straight in the eye.

"Lost something?" Clint asked casually as he rounded a corner, a small grin briefly playing on his lips as he swung on a cable using wrapped around his bow and over his left hand to help with guidance and to counter the weight. In a smooth move, he caught the side of a window frame, his feet landing firmly on the windowsill. He didn’t disengage the cable yet although he glanced up briefly before he replaced the bow over his back and shoulder to free up his right hand so he could grab a hold of the window’s edge to steady himself more.

He smiled slightly at the woman, his features taking on a friendly , casual approach as his left hand tugged at the cable still attached up at the roof. As much as he made the rooftops of New York City his second home, he didn’t want jumps or falls off rooftops involving his own ass to become a habit, although the archer had to wonder if it was already too late for that one.

Laura looked over to him slightly surprised, but more at ease now that she had her eyes on him. "Actually I was looking for you, but I'm guessing you already knew that" Laura commented walking over to then edge of the landing on the fire escape, leaning on it slightly "But something tells me your not exactly what I thought you were"

Laura rightly admitted her wrong in assuming he was a threat to the city and the only reason for doing so was that he was an Avenger and faces like that aren't easily forgotten.

clint-barton-hawkeye Has Caught Your Attention (+Follow)

Laura was walking along the streets of New York when she noticed a man crouched at the top of a building near by. And as she promised Peter, she was going to try and help keep New York safe.

Laura looked around before she spotting the fire escape and decided it was the best way to get up there with out drawing to much attention to her self, as she probably would have if she went inside. 

Almost half way up Laura noticed he had move. In a small panic she looked around. She couldn't find him. Where on earth did that man go?!

"Maybe you’d care to share your secrets on talking to people sometime, then?"

"Maybe. Though I'm not really the teaching type"

"I didn’t mean to underestimate your, uh, well. Scratch that. Let me level with you, not so great with talking to women. I mean no disrespect."

"I wasn't very good at talking to people for a long time. But we all get through these things, Captain."

[Tilts his head] You look familiar.

Have you met Logan?

"Oh good. I was afraid I would have upset you."

"It might take a little more then that to get me upset"

"I suppose that’s better than horrible. Sorry to pry."

"Oh no your fine. It wouldn't be fair for me to ask the same of you and not let you ask back"

"I’ve gotten some help, so it’s been better than it was at first. If I may ask…how have you been fairing lately?"

"Ummm. I guess I'll just go with better then usually"

"70 years. But it might as well have been an eternity the way things have changed here."

"Things have defiantly changed... I hope you haven't had to much trouble figuring things out."

"Yes ma’am. Everyone seems to know me around here I guess."
