To make myself feel a little better after Tuesday’s super disappointing election results, I thought I’d remind myself of how awesome my NYC home is. Aside from the fact that only 8% of my district neighbors voted for Trump, it’s also a really beautiful place. These photos by Vincent Laforet capture its dazzling lights from above better than any others I’ve ever seen. Just a reminder that amazing things come from diversity.
