I've had 2 breakdowns I think.... I've scared my family at least that many times I think.

Things got better recently...and I've thrived and had their support... I got married...and Im on my way to a new job and all that... bro, even my therapist reminds me of how far I've come and to not lose sight of it ....

I still get fucking sad. I am depressed. I feel like I can't tell anyone this. I keep scaring them... I've done it one too many times... my progress also too seems to become a burden sometimes...
