The Cleanse.
I've just admitted to my boyfriend my true weight. It's one of the hardest things I've had to admit since it's the thing I'm least proud of. However after that confession I've cleansed my kitchen of everything terrible and am on my way to cleansing my body of all it's toxins.
In addition my boyfriend and I have started a six month weight loss challenge with each other. So may the odds be ever in my favor. Time to kick his butt and get in shape!

So I probably won't meet my goal of 130lbs by thanksgiving.. actually,that's the only thing I know for sure in my struggle to be fit and healthy. However, my boyfriend surprised me by sneaking $60 into my wallet so I decided to splurge on my groceries and get a whole bunch of healthy things! It also helps that those are the only things in ,y house to eat. So, with my healthy foods it's back to 30 day crunch and some yoga.
So if I can stick to it this time with 30 days until thanksgiving I'm hoping to go from 195lbs (the heaviest I've ever been) to 175lbs. I've done it before so I can do it again!
Let the loosing begin... again.

Stay Fit N Be Happy
Week one of personal training and dexyfen have come to a close.
Personal training: I love the feeling of being sore the next day, it reminds me that I did something and am becoming stronger.
Dexyfen: I haven't noticed a change in my appetite, but it gives me the energy I need to get going in the morning which is great. I'm not feeling super sluggish in the morning anymore and am ready to begin each day on a positive note.
Hope I can keep it up this time.
