If you couldn't tell from my million and five posts over the past 30 days, I'm kind of obsessed with #whole30. It's completely changed my relationship with food. I started eating meat again because it made me realize how much i was relying on fake meat products and the number of ingredients they have is pretty scary so I've decided to replace them with organic, grass fed, ethically raised meat instead. I'm less tired all the time and i just feel better over all. And an added bonus is the 10.75 inches i lost! I can't recommend reading It Starts With Food enough.
