Week one of personal training and dexyfen have come to a close.
Personal training: I love the feeling of being sore the next day, it reminds me that I did something and am becoming stronger.
Dexyfen: I haven't noticed a change in my appetite, but it gives me the energy I need to get going in the morning which is great. I'm not feeling super sluggish in the morning anymore and am ready to begin each day on a positive note.
Hope I can keep it up this time.
