The incredible turn out for the Black Lives Matter protest demonstrated the solidarity of this small town in supporting justice for black lives, not only in Port Talbot, but all over the world.

These pictures are powerful representations of the solidarity of my small hometown, coming together as one to stand up to racism and fight for justice. BLM.
Just want to be happy
Worries about loved ones
I’ve tried finding forums for this and haven't had any luck, so I thought I would ask on here instead. Does anybody else with anxiety/OCD constantly worry that their loved ones are going to commit suicide? I’ve had this problem for years and I just want to know that I’m not the only one with these constant thoughts and overwhelming fear...

I don’t feel like myself. I don’t feel in control of my own body or mind
Help
Can’t keep bad thoughts at bay
So down I just want to go to bed and stay there for a few days
Trying to push out the dark thoughts that keep flooding my head is difficult
Raindrops are my only reminder that clouds have a heartbeat. That I have one, too.
Haven’t written one word of my dissertation yet and the first semester is almost over. Can’t cope
